Project Runway Judges at Finale Show

Posted on February 10, 2013

We freely admit that we haven’t felt inspired to do a weekly “Judging the Judges” post for Project Runway this season, but the LadyJudges definitely gave us something to talk about when they walked out onto that runway Friday morning.

Project Runway Judges Zac Posen, Heidi Klum, Nina Garcia and guest judge Michael Kors at the Project Runway Fall 2013 fashion show during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at Lincoln Center in New York City.

Heidi Klum in Jean Paul Gaultier

Nina Garcia in Stella McCartney

We give Heidi all the credit in the world for wearing something off the beaten path, but CLEARLY Miss Nina won this one, hands down. Love the jumpsuit and shoes, but we capital-letter LOVE the jewelry.

As for Heidi, we’re, to use Tim Gunn’s phrasing, “concerned” about her hair and makeup. We think she could pull off the print and the balloon pants, but you add the striped heels and the black jacket with the cutout back and it all becomes way too much for her to handle.

As for the boys, Kors is sui generis and Zac will never not look like a kid at his Bar Mitzvah to us.

Posting on a Sunday! Gosh, you are spoiling us!

      • NYCGlamourpuss

I know!  I think we got lucky from the combo of TLo keeping us up to date on Fashion Week, plus they’re probably still trapped here in NYC! ;-)

    • cpjones79

I’m glad Heidi felt it was subtle enough to wear a giant circle where her hoo-haa is located.

      • Lori

It’s like her crotch is trying to hypnotize us.

      • Vlasta Bubinka

That’s the patented Victoria’s Secret cootch vortex.

      • e jerry powell

Actually, closer to her navel chakra, but still on that babymaking path.

      • Carrieanno

Can’t unsee that one now, can we.

    • GorgeousThings

Heidi looks like an extra in a Spiderman-themed clown skit. And she looks old, to boot.

Nina looks fabulous, though in one of those shots her outfit makes her look hippy.

And you are so right about Posen.

      • Kristin McNamara

I was actually kinda hoping that when they said “the LadyJudges” gave them something to talk about, that I was going to scroll down and see not only Heidi and Nina’s pictures, but Zac’s too haha

      • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1219135333 Alanna Wister

Yeah, I was about to ask about Nina’s pants.  The camera angles make them look like they’re ballooning at the hips.

Zac Posen’s, er, pose in the first pic is absolutely delightful.

      • judybrowni

Here’s my repeated complaint: the worst of the ’80s styles have reanimated like zombies. For instance: harem pants, tight at the ankle, blooming out up above.

Because isn’t that what every woman wants: the look of skinny ankles and floppy thighs and hips?

I shudder when I remember that I once wore that crap. What was I thinking?

I have the excuse that I wasn’t a top fashion editor and model, so WTF are they thinking?

(Although Nina kinda gets away with it, Heidi’s thought patterns beg for medication.)

      • Aurumgirl

Both ladies look like they called each other and agreed to wear their best clown get-ups.  Sadly.

    • Jangle57

I thought Nina looked chic and about choked when I read it was Stella McCartney; I guess everyone gets lucky once in a while.  Heidi looks ridiculous and her hair and makeup look way harsh.

      • luluransom

Re Stella McCartney, the saying ‘even a broken clock is right twice a day’ springs to mind.

      • bitchybitchybitchy

I did a double take when I scrolled down to the close-up of Heidi’s face. That make-up is not flattering;it’s aging her.

    • http://profiles.google.com/gillianholroyd gillian holroyd

Thais have the perfect words to describe Heidi’s outfit: ting tong.

    • ccinnc

Both jackets remind me of something I’d have worn in the 80s, at least from the front. Do not like. Wonder how Heidi’s jumpsuit looks without the jacket. But don’t really care.

      • BrooklynBomber

You said it. The shape of the jacket is way too ’80s (yes, that is, the front!). And without the jacket I’m seeing children’s birthday clown.

        • bitchybitchybitchy

To think that Jean Paul Gaultier inadvertently designed a look that could work in Heidi’s next line-“truly ridiculous”

    • http://twitter.com/urban_gypsy Tess Danesi

Nina’s ring! Not sure whether I covet it or if it looks like she has a splint. I vacillate.

Heidi looks INSANE. That orange lip color is extremely unflattering and aging. Combined with the severe hair, clownish pants and over the top shoes, she looks tragic.

The Bar Mitzvah comment is just perfect. Thanks for the chuckle!

    • Pennymac

Is Heidi wearing a Heidi Klum mask? Odd. And not the most hiddy Stella on Nina, but it is making her look exceptionally pear shaped. It also just occurs to me that the Dutchess must be in the guest judge role for the finale. I’m just so used to seeing him in these posts that it was like an “ah ha” moment. (Only one cup of coffee this am so far)

Thanks for the weekend posts, TLo!

    • bertkeeter

      NINA…Smoking Hot!

    • mysteriousalias

bonus points for use of sui generis!

    • http://viridianpostcard.blogspot.com/ viridian61

Nina making a Stella McCartney look great – who would have guessed it…

      • bitchybitchybitchy

The look on Nina’s face says it all. She knows that she’s making that Stella McCartney look way better than it is.

    • wawawah

Heidis pants remind me of the AVANT GARDE pants Bert Keeter designed on season 10…I actually like his though! Season 9 sorry

    • http://profile.yahoo.com/BJTY6KY7LOR7MDOD6QCZUC3VVI Donna Tabor

Nina is only wearing a ring. A very big ring, yes, but that hardly qualifies as jewelry with a capital anything.

    • NYCGlamourpuss

Only Nina could make Stella McCartney look good.

Heidi, on the other hand, looks like something that Judy Garland probably hallucinated when she was off her meds.  Just completely cuckoo.

      • bitchybitchybitchy

Somewhere over the rainbow a big, big box of crayons melted and Heidi’s wearing the result.

    • capybara_cafe

I think Nina looks amazing, and this may be the first Stella thing I have ever seen that I didn’t hate, but I almost feel like the jacket is too big for her. Is it just the lighting/angle?  I don’t even have any words for that thing Heidi is wearing. At least the print is so busy that I don’t have to say “Good lord, would someone get her a bra already?”, which is usually what comes out of my mouth when I see her.

      • Sweetpea176

I’ve been saying the same thing to myself about Heidi lately, and I even had to say it to myself with this outfit, even though she’s covered up (in front).  I think her breasts are riding low enough that they visually shorten her waist — she’s got “grandma” boobs in this outfit, which is a crying shame.  Heidi, gravity’s the law.  You can hold it at bay, but it wins in the end.  Happens to all of us.  No shame in that.  Other than that, this outfit looks like she lost a bet.

        • capybara_cafe

I don’t know what her aversion to bras is, but she needs to realize that even without having given birth to, what? 4? 5? kids, age and gravity take their toll on even the best bods. Especially when she’s in an industry that has provided us with some amazing undergarments that can be damn near invisible.

    • Funkykatt

Does Heidi ever cover completely up, I mean it’s zero degrees in NY, right?

      • demidaemon

It’s baby steps. The fact that she only exposed her back here is pretty amazing.

      • MoHub

That’s the thing. Seeing her from the front, I was actually rather pleasantly surprised to see Heidi that covered.

        And then she turned around.

    • http://twitter.com/TigerLaverada TigerLaverada

Heidi: I think TIm Gunn would also say, “That’s a lot of look.”

Nina: Don’t like the shape it gives her — narrow top and wide hips.

Kors: Can’t see what he’s got on, other than the fact that it’s black.

Posen: That jacket should be taken out back and burnt. It doesn’t even look like it fits him well, and the length is crazy unflattering.

      • http://twitter.com/londonpenguin Teresa M.

Yes! Posen’s jacket hits him in exactly the wrong spot, making it look like a lady’s pantsuit. Also, is it just me, or does he have a really tiny head? Maybe it’s the camera angle …

    • tallgirl1204

Gotta give Heidi props for being fun, different and relatively covered up. I love the colorfulness.

    • Cautia

Is anybody else reminded of Isabella Rossellini by Heidi’s look?

    • MilaXX

I like Heidi’s hair and makeup here, but wish she had left off the jacket. I like simplicity of Nina’s look, but I really would like to see her with a little color on her lips and different hair. I’d kick a baby for her ring though.

Kors is Kors, and Zac looks like a cabbage patch doll.

    • Jepham

At first I thought Nina was wearing a jumpsuit but the close up pics make it look like pants and a top. She wins by a landslide but I wish she hadn’t decided to stand on gold hockey pucks. Heidi doesn’t even look like Heidi in these pictures. I couldn’t believe how covered up she was (the ugly outfit wasn’t a surprise) and then she turned around. Ugh!

      • http://www.ellenciompi.com/ NurseEllen

Oh, I disagree about the shoes.  I think they’re fab and I love Charlotte Olympia shoes in general.  Heidi, on the other hand, should be the subject of a “girl, that’s not your dress” post.  Hideous in every way.  What was she thinking?

        • butterflysunita

I’m beginning to think that TLo should have a “girl, just go home and start over” feature.  For the particularly egregious “girl, that’s not your dress” posts.

        • MilaXX

I like the Charlotte Olympia cat shoes. I dislike the hokey puck glued on platform look with a passion.

    • JenniferSzczublewski

Heidi’s makeup is harsh and makes her look far more matronly than she usually does. I was all ready to give a nod to Nina and McCartney (who I don’t usually care for at all), but her hips look GINORMOUS in that get-up! WTH? Terrible silhouette! Very unflattering. I think this is a double-elimination.

      • meowing

re: Heidi’s makeup–maybe she decided the bright lipstick could be seen in the back row?  Very harsh.  Also thought that Nina’s outfit made her look pear-shaped, which she decidedly is not.  Me, on the other hand….

        • Funkykatt

Nothing wrong with being pear shaped says a pear shaped gal.

        • demidaemon

Maybe it looks better while seated. We shall have to wait and see.

    • Vlasta Bubinka

Zac Posen– today, he is a man.

    • http://twitter.com/JoannaECarver Joanna Carver

      Heidi in clown clothes!

    • Fordzo

A kid at his Bar Mitzvah…wearing his dad’s suit.

Now I can’t get “Sunrise, Sunset” out of my head.  When DID he get to be so tall?

    • http://profile.yahoo.com/XPWSQ2BDU5XJIA23AMYVBRWZBA Eric

Zac is doing well with the double breasted suit, but it does pull a little.

    • nannypoo

Heidi’s hair and makeup make her look like someone else, and sadly whovever that person is has a good 10 years on her, and that outfit is ridiculous. Nina always looks better than Heidi, but here she seems to have developed a very large butt. I’m assuming it’s some kind of peplum which doesn’t show well because of its color.

    • SRQkitten

When I first saw pictures of what Heidi wore to the PR Finale, I thought this woman is lecturing PR contestants on taste issues? Really? Did she look in a mirror before she stepped out? Individual pieces might have worked (debatable) but the look overall.

      NO.

      srq

    • Trisha26

I went through the Heidi looks and said “Oh, she looks her age and not slutty for once.” Then I saw the rear view. Sigh. Nina is gorgeous as always!

      • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_FBVC5LBEOWEHBYYCH3A2IZGZHI yahoo-FBVC5LBEOWEHBYYCH3A2IZGZHI

Also, Heidi looks natural and radiant.  I like the makeup and toned-down hair a lot.  Actually, it reminds me of the seventies.  I like the print of the outfit, back not so much.

    • http://www.facebook.com/people/Tracy-Alexander/3234141 Tracy Alexander

I have to tell my Michael Kors story here and why I love his sui generis. Once my husband and I were vacationing on Capri and we didn’t realize how posh everything became at night once the day trippers left. So we go to dinner at a restaurant and we are HORRIBLY underdressed and the only thing that made us feel better was that Michael Kors was in the corner…wearing a black t-shirt. My husband said, “Well, if Michael Kors can wear a t-shirt then so can I.” Granted, it was probably a significantly more expensive t-shirt…

      • Sweetbetty

And I call BS on his excuse for always dressing that way…that he’s so busy that it’s just easier for him to reach into a closet full of all black clothes and pull out something to wear each day.  There are many, many “busy” people in the world and if they all decided to default to his way of dressing he and all his colleagues would be out of work.

        • formerlyAnon

Your logic is correct, but I live by his take on things, at least for work. Sadly, my brain space limitations and lack of a good eye mean that for day-to-day, I have to settle for being “safe” in different iterations of the same outfit that’s been vetted by friends with a better eye. And I am sure that what I wear gets much less scrutiny than does the attire of a name fashion designer

          • Sweetbetty

That’s sort of my point.  Michael Kors is a Fashion Designer.  I expect a Fashion Designer, even a busy one, to dress fashionably.  If those of us who toil away at the mundane occupations of the universe chose to dress in a black t-shirt, jacket, and pants every day for most every occasion because we were “too busy” to do otherwise we would have no need for Fashion Designers.

      • Synnamin

I have to love him for his ability to dress plus-sized women. I’ve been gifted with 3 MK dresses and I always feel like a million bucks in them, and always get compliments.

    • Connie Harbor

Looks like Heidi has had a little ‘work’ done.  Her countenance looks different…

      • NYCGlamourpuss

I believe you may be right. Her face looks a little smoother and tighter.

    • l_c_ann

      Zac, by default.
Matt Kors, too apparently hippy Nina, and then Heidi…whose clothes are downright foolish and unflattering.  Her hair is bland, but what has she done to her face?  There are muscles there that we don’t ususally see around her mouth.  Some folks on another site blame the new larger teeth that she (may have ) acquired recently. Heidi has, however, proven in every way that she is no longer a Fraulein.  Whether she is Frau Klum or Frau Seal or HausFrau or ??? is the next question that doesn’t really matter, because we may have lost softly fresh faced Heidi for good.

      • unbornfawn

Yes! “foolish” is the word I’ve been looking for!

    • GTrain

That jacket makes Zac Posen look strangely hippy/bottom-heavy. And I kind of love when Heidi doesn’t look great. I think she’s a little too accustomed to praise.

    • janierainie

Nina’s jewelry is my favorite part. Wish there was a closeup

    • BrooklynBomber

Oh, my god, Heidi, WTF?!?  I’ll bet when she pulls on that pearly thing, the lapel flower shoots water.

      • bitchybitchybitchy

Perhaps it squirts her new signature perfume!

        • BrooklynBomber

I choose to believe that’s true.

    • renad

I will never be able to sign off on a jumpsuit, I don’t care if Coco Chanel herself rises from the dead and designs one. And I actually like Heidi’s makeup. It looks fresh and pretty–lovely pop of coral against a bare eye and dewy skin.

    • butterflysunita

Heidi looks–dare I say it?–positively frumpy compared to Nina.  How is that possible, given Heidi’s genetic blessings?  The outfit, the hair, the makeup–all frumpifying.
Nina has managed to werq a Stella McCartney design.  How is that possible?  This is too much for me so early on a Sunday.  I haven’t even finished my first cup of tea.

    • Zippypie

I can’t deal with either women’s looks.  Nina wins but only by default.  The top/vest thing is huge and makes her hips look enormous.  Down with Stella!  Her jewelry is awesome.  Heidi looks like a reject extra from “Ferris Bueller”.  She just needs a black bowler hat.  What a horrible load of dreck.

The boys are boring, as usual.  Can I ask why the Duchess is even there?  He’s not a judge this season, right?

      • http://www.facebook.com/fiddlecub Kevin VanOrd

He’s the guest judge for the finale, hence the caption under the first photo stating as much.

        • Zippypie

I was too horrified by that Heidiwear to read the caption, hence my error.

    • FlamingJune1967

I’ve got to hand it to Nina.  She is a 47 year old who, as far as I can tell, has never been a model or beauty queen.  Yet she is completely overshadowing a genetically gifted, 39 year old, super model.  Just goes to show the importance of learning to dress and accessorize to one’s strengths.  I know a lot of folks criticize Nina’s unchanging hairstyle… but you’ve got to admit,  the woman knows what works for her!

    • betorah

Okay, fess up. Who put the hit of acid in Heidi’s latte?

    • http://www.facebook.com/people/Jane-Morris/1076502799 Jane Morris

Zac Posen always looks like Jack Be Nimble to me. Or Little Jack Horner. Some fairy tale Jack.

      • MoHub

I got the impression his suit was from the Pee Wee Herman collection.

    • m0r0

I’m surprised that monstrosity was made by Galtier I thought she was wearing some crap one of the designers on the show made. Ugh, that is like a bad late 80’s/early 90’s punk/high head trip.

    • snarkykitten

Only Nina could wear a Stella McCartney and not look like ass

    • guest2visits

How nice! Surprises to open on a Sunday!  Thanks TLo!
Complete agreement about Posen. The jacket is an odd fit, too.
Ambivalent about Nina’s look – I like the shoes and the fit overall; I guess after Heidi’s I’m reserving judgement ’til I see the back too.
I can go along with the bright lips for the colorful outfit, and the shoes, and even the pins; it’s a fun look, if ingested for short periods.
But the giant hole in the back with a strap (?!) across it is one trick too many.

    • http://twitter.com/bornunderatree Sal

Don’t hate on Zac because he’s young and pruned and not old and dusty.

    • Girl_With_a_Pearl

Heidi – WTF?  That outfit is sooo unflattering.  The print reminds me of Chagall, whose paintings are beautiful and belong at Lincoln Center, The Met, etc., but not this much of it on a human being.

    • unbornfawn

Heidi’s look is a complete WTF to me. Her hair and make-up are hideous. The jacket over the jumpsuit is absolutely matronly. The cutout in the back is absurd. I could get behind the print and the balloon pants without all the other crap going on, but as it is, they look silly. The shoes are too busy with that print.  She looks like 50 year old Cosby kid on acid! Honest, this is about the worst I’ve seen her look. Nina looks much better by comparison, but that isn’t saying much considering what we are comparing her to. The look generally suits her, however, as it always seems to be with Stella’s stuff, the proportions and fit are off. That jacket/vest thing is just hanging on her and makes her hips look gigantic.  She could have used a pop of color somewhere, a bracelet? A little more on the lips would have helped. Zac looks a little schoolboy and Kors take off the damn sunglasses inside you look like a Douce!

      • alyce1213

“50 year old Cosby kid on acid!”

        Love.

      • Baerbel schlatter

Heidi Klum’s taste is going downwards as her age goes  upwards. She should not sit in judgment of the designers on PR.

        • Melizmatic

To be fair, she never really had much to begin with.

Her MO for years was “short, tight and shiny”; and now that she’s too long in the tooth to ‘make that work’, she’s floundering…

    • l_c_ann

The bigger question (the elephant in the room, as it were):

If these four annoint someone as the next great designer, will anyone believe them?

    • hughman

The first photo where Posen is doing “Le Jazz Hot” makes me giggle.

    • Laylalola

That’s just a clown theme all around that Heidi’s got going.

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_GFMOZFM3WT3T56EZHVZFK7UXSI Ramon

      Hammer time Heidi!!!!!

    • MintaHallWriter

You know, I saw a photo of Heidi on another site wearing that outfit and I said, “that’s not Heidi Klum!” I thought she’d been misidentified. Seriously, does anyone else thing that doesn’t even look like her face?

      • SayWTH

I thought the same thing! That make up and hair style and could it be something else are making her not look like herself. I did a double take and said “That is not Heidi.” But sadly, it is.

    • alyce1213

I chuckled the moment I saw Heidi’s ugly-ass, psychedelic stained glass fat pants with the ill-placed target above her crotch.  But when I scrolled down to the jacket with cut-out back, I exploded in laughter.  The makeup is the least of her problems. The shoes are stunning, but really.  Heidi just has no taste.

Perhaps I’m missing a lot by not being able to see the Stella McCarney jumpsuit in person, but I don’t get it. The double-breasted bottom feels gimmicky, like most of the design elements she relies on. Other than that, it’s just a black halter jumpsuit. The pants fit well.  But her hair.  And I hate those shoes.  The rings are gorgeous, but really.  I expect much more of Nina.

    • crash1212

Nina FTW – clearly…even though she’s wearing those shoes I hate AND a Stella. Her fabulousness overcomes any minor negative. Ring = TO DIE.

    • http://frankbettecenter.org/ sleah_in_norcal

sorry, but i find nina’s look adequate but underwhelming.  i was ready to go for heidi’s jumpsuit and blazer, i like wild prints and also want to encourage her to cover up a bit.  then i saw the back.  ridiculous!

    • formerlyAnon

Ms. Heidi’s makeup is way harsh, or something unflattering. And, is she singlehandedly trying to bring back the worst of the ’90s with the jacket over the jumpsuit? (Was that the ’90s? Or some brief span in the ’80s? That’s what it pinged for me, anyway.)

Ms. Garcia wins hands down, though Mr. Posen comes in a close 2nd, IMO. The cut of his jacket is broadening his hips, or not camoflaging the breadth of his hips, whichever applies.

Scanning this group, can we doubt the wisdom of Mr. Kors’ approach?

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_QFW22QV426LUOEPGASPZJWJMDE MishaFoomin

Heidi the Clown, doesn’t mess around, even though her taste tries to keep her down…

    • BuffaloBarbara

How did Heidi so deeply offend the photographer that he took that shot of her back shoulder-bones (obvious more fashion-savvy than the rest of her) trying to escape from that costume?

    • http://twitter.com/BigBearSpeaks Big Bear

Zac really must stop letting his mother dress him.

    • http://asskickingadviser.com/ Ass Kicking Adviser

Nina looks so young next to Heidi. Effortless.
Heidi, um, the lipstick is a good place to start. I agree that I appreciate her taking a risk but this is just wrong.
Zac: why can I get behind other cute little pocket gays but he always looks like he is wearing a hat that says ‘tool’ in blinking lights.
Michael: oh how I miss the Duchess.

    • neadsie

I really dislike Zac’s suit but I have to say, I really get hit with a young Brando vibe facially.

    • Excellence_and_Elegance

Sui generis? Is that Latin for “yet another black, generic suit”

    • Synnamin

Sorry, but I just can’t with anything Heidi’s wearing, and even Nina feels like she just dialed it in. It seems like they’re all getting a bit tired of PR, too, and can’t put in the effort.

    • OrigamiRose

I can’t even with what Heidi is sporting, I mean… WTF?   Aside from that, though, was the lighting there terribly unforgiving?  I am shocked that, at the very least, her face looks so ghoulish.

Good to see the Duchess hasn’t changed.  Zac looks a little lost in his suit.  Nina for the win.

    • fursa_saida

Is it strange that I’m getting a vaguely 40s vibe from Posen? It’s weirding me out a little, for reasons I can’t explain.

    • siriuslover

Nina and Michael look like the cool kids forced to hang out with the younger ones trying to figure out who they are. Posen doesn’t look bad, but you boys hit the nail on the head with his sartorial identity.

    • boweryboy

When the Duchess – stacked heels and all – is the best looking judge on the runway it’s a sad day for fashion, and PR in general.

    • Carrieanno

And I thought my headache was bad five minutes ago. . .

    • Stubenville

      It’s Hammer time!

      • pdquick

         Stubenville FTW!

    • http://twitter.com/SuzanneCitere SuzanneCitere

It just IRKS me that they don’t wear PR designers pieces for the finale. I think about all the talent that has been on that show- really? Can’t someone call Laura Bennett or Kara Saun? Pisses me off.

    • kikisayshi

      Nina does look fantastic!

Heidi’s losing it. Nina looks better than ever. Kudos to her and her trainer.

At least the Duchess is less orange, or appears to be.  Heidi, it’s either all or nothing with her. Last year she was over exposed, this year she’s overly covered up. Nina would be the only one to make a Stella jumpsuit look amazing. She should teach Heidi that this is how you do sexy and classy. Definitely Nina FTW.

It’s funny, because that jacket on Heidi only looks daring from the back. From the front, it looks dowdy – like she was cold and borrowed something from the guy next to her.

what?? no points off for hair that looks so nasty I can smell it from here?? ick.
(ditto Heidi but the outfit is so obnoxious that its a moot point)

I’m not a fan of ANY of these. Heidi’s entire outfit is HIDEOUS. The blindingly garish harem pants, and the tacky cutout, added to the couldn’t-care-less hair and makeup. Nina’s look makes her look really hippy, but the ring is awesome. Aac – I’ve never been a fan of double breasted suits, no matter how slim a guy is. And the Duchess – same old same old.

So, Heidi’s definitely trolling the world with these outfits of hers….right?

    • AutumnInNY

Kors and those inside sunglasses are so tiresome.  Unless you’ve just had eye surgery there is no
      need, it just looks silly.

I actually like Heidi’s hair, but that jacket has no business there. Also, that over the shoulder shot is tragic.

      Heidi- Total Fail.
      Nina- WIN!

When I see the pics of Heidi, she looks manly. Like a man in drag. I have never seen her look like that before, so someone should be in big trouble for her make-up!

Most drag queens are fishier than Heidi these days, just sayin…

    • decormaven

Heidi’s makeup is atrocious. She looks so aged I can hardly focus on the weirdness of the outfit.

    • kimmeister

I never thought I’d see the day when Nina was showing more skin than Heidi!

I’m a little puzzled by the makeup comments though.  To me, it looks like she has zero eye makeup on, just orange lipstick and foundation (but no powder).

Whenever The Dutchess would say “it’s a little bit mother of the bride” the designers would shed giant tears at the damming critique. Think how horrified they will be the next time heidi say “I would totally wear that”

    • Indigo54

That outfit Heidi is wearing is just hideous.  What on earth possessed her to wear that? There has to be some compelling reason.

Oh crap. Kors is back?  I don’t know if it’s the hair and makeup or expression , but Heidi looks very old-world in that close-up. Nina rocks. Posen is adorable, and Kors…Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.. hasn’t changed his clothes in 30 years.

I think Nina is styled nicely but her out fit   to mind does not have a whole lot of fashion going on . Heidi toke  a chance an am on the fence about her look. Am not seeing anything new or terribly interesting between the four of them. Zac  is cute to look at but he is underwhelming on PR.

And starring Heidi Klum as The Joker.

Zac’s too tiny for double-breasted. Guys, that’s Heidi in her subtle mode.

    • Claudia Fernandes

how awkward: klum ruins a gaultier, garcia sublimes a stella.

    • crash1212

      Agreed – on all counts.

    • lucyloo222

I have to disagree with you on this one, TLo. I love y’all and usually agree but I need to stamp my foot. Take away the cut out back and put black pumps on her and I think Heidi looks amazing. I LOVE the Gautier jumpsuit. I think her makeup also looks great… different than her usual look of over done eyes. As lovely as Nina Garcia is, I loathe Stella. The vest/jacket/shirt thingy makes Nina look hippy and that woman does NOT have big hips. The shoes are also stupid… hate the platform where the sole is a different size than the shoe.
