Very nice. Best she’s looked in ages.  The shoes are just a bit literal on the matching side, but it’s a great look overall.

      • kschwarting

I was thinking the same thing.  Sleek looks are her friend.

    • Kiltdntiltd

That unrelieved black needs a brooch or a great necklace, or maybe a great belt, just to break it up a bit. And I’m not loving on the white finger and toe nails.

      • zuzu

The fingernails are fine; the toenails are de trop.

        • Kiltdntiltd

I admit, that’s what took it past the bar for me.

          • CT14

Funny, isn’t it? A whole outfit, and the toenails just threw me off it completely!

        • Jennifer L.

Agreed! A low shimmer midnight blue would have looked gorgeous here.

      • foodycatAlicia

I like the skinny belt on the runway version but I’d be interested to see if that version had the print in the back – the belt would muck that up I think.

      • Dorothy & Michael n/a

All I can think of is she used Liquid Paper on her nails.

        • Kiltdntiltd

          can    not    un    see,…

        • kimmeister

Exactly, my immediate reaction was Wite-Out as well!

      • CT14

The white toenails are really distracting!

    • werika

Smart, chic and a bit sassy. Good stuff Naya.

    • Garcia Loca

I like what’s going on in the back, but her shoes bug me with this outfit. Strangely enough, they’re almost identical to the runway version’s shoes, but for whatever reason, don’t work in real life. With another outfit, perhaps.

    • Annabelle Archer

    • Susan Bullard Mayer

Front – YAY!  Back – nay.  What an odd outfit to make her look so trim in front and so bootylicious in back.

      • 3boysful

That’s what struck me, too.  Bootylicious is being kind.

        • dress_up_doll

I’m glad I”m not the only one who noticed. I also noticed the VPL (visible panty line). Still, she looks really good.

      • Sobaika

I am appreciating the booty, it’s a serious Yay!! from me.

      • l_c_ann

        Exactly what SBM said.

      • kimmeister

I never realized how much junk she has in that trunk!  Perhaps I’ve just never seen a back view?

    • eowyn_of_rohan

That dress is like a reverse mullet: business-y in the front, total party in the back.  Odd construction but works on her.

      • Sarah

That’s not a reverse – that’s a traditional mullet. The party’s always in the back, my friend.

    • Ms. Schmidt

I like the way the peplum looks on the model (which is a shock since I normally don’t like that look), but off the runway, it looks a little flat and not quite as stylish.  Maybe a long torso is needed to give it the same impact as on the runway?  Still an overall nice look.

    • ojosazules

Not liking the feather butt effect.

    • carpediva

Gorgeous. Would have loved to see this get front page treatment if only because it’s an interesting departure from the usual bland starlet “step and repeat” ensemble.

    • Sobaika

I wish the proportions were different (the top short, the skirt higher) and I hate the shoe. But she looks good.

    • capybara_cafe

I kind of love this. I do wish she had worn a belt, like in the runway version, but it’s still really nice. Shoes and bag are nos for me though.

    • lareveuse

Clothes and accessories are great. Hair is fine. Makeup/nails are aging and cartoonish. She’s so pretty when you can see her skin.

    • filmcricket

Despite my hatred of peplums, quite love the dress, clutch and lipstick. Not sure about the shoes; I don’t think she’s tall enough to pull off such complicated ankle decor.

    • Julie Chase

Very pretty, but the shoes are wrong.

    • unbornfawn

This really is a look for someone a little taller. In spite of that the fit and proportions are pretty good. I like the whole look. Well done.

    • schadenfreudelicious

her nails look like she painted them with white-out…not a fan…

    • Angela_the_Librarian

Very pretty dress, but I just can’t with the nails. It reminds me too much of when my friends and I used to paint our nails with white out during a boring class (and then spend the next boring class period peeling it off)

    • Alyssa

That shade lipstick is perfect for her.

    • libraangel

SHIT! I loved this so much until I saw the back stripes

    • butterflysunita

I love the skirt.  Hate the white nails.

    • AnnaleighBelle

I’m not loving the white nail polis, but she is so gorgeous it hurts.

    • Tamara Hogan

Love it – except for the white nails. She looks gorgeous.

    • alyce1213

The skirt and top are to die for and the shoes, which could be considered “matchy” by some, complete the look spot on.Then, she almost ruined a really perfect look with the white toenails, but I’ll try not to scroll down too far.

    • Stella Zawistowski

She looks sharp. Love the surprise print in the back on the top. I do wish she hadn’t gone with that nail color and those shoes, but those are minor sins in the context of the whole outfit.

    • lrober03

I liked the belt on the model better, but I love the outfit.  Looks great and classy!

    • peachy

i loved it………..until i saw the back. what a mess.

    • deliadee

Nice look and love how her shoulders look (the shape of the top is really flattering), but white toenails always look tacky to me.

    • Gabriella M

I have no complaints. I love the patterns on this dress(/separates?). Actually, one quibble – could have used a nice long silver necklace to break up all that black. Also, the color of the clutch is perfect (pulls the blues out of the skirt) but I wish she’d chosen a pop of color for the shoe – maybe a neon.
Ok, so I had a few complaints.

    • Cameron Turner

Love the skirt, could do without the shoes…

    • marlie

Looks good. I really like the skirt, and I love the detail on the back of the top.

    • Jennifer Hofstetter

      She is so hot.

I’d have made this a WERQ, but I have a little crush on her, so there’s that.

    • Laura

      Fab. Girl crush.

    • CassandraMortmain

She looks like she spilled a bottle of wite-out on her fingers and toes.  So, no.  The whole thing looks a little too much like a secretary out for a big night.  But her ass looks good.

    • BayTampaBay

Like the skirt, like the top and like the shoes but I do not like any of them together.

    • MilaXX

She looks good. I don’t like the white polish or matchiness of the shoe, but overall, nice look.

    • YousmelllikeAnnaWintour

Not sure how I feel about the shoes – they look VERY painful – but from the ankles up she is sweet.

    • Japanese Trash

Well. Doesn’t she look well put together. And 30.

    • Beverly Kozma

Naya Rivera is stunning.  However, I can’t take my eyes off the model’s ears.

    • warnerave

      she looks really good here…

    • SerpentsDance

I like it, but the skirt looks like a bird is copping a feel in the back.

    • Imasewsure

Fine for Paleyfest (but those toes!! UGH). And why with the clutch? Who uses a clutch in real life?

    • sleah_in_norcal

naya, i love you.  lose the white nails.  man, can this girl sing!

    • Sarah

Enh. It looks like Ed Hardy for the boardroom to me. It might be the nails doing it, but I just can’t see it in Classytown where it so desperately wants to have lunch.

    • iheartbuffy

BORING. She clearly works in a PR office, because this is what I see those chicks wandering around in on their lunch breaks headed towards the notoriously overpriced “Just Salad”.

    • lrhg

Cute. Not sure the shoes were the right choice.

    • bertkeeter

      A K K wanna be?

    • jw_ny

      oh those toenails!  eek!

    • lobsterlen

Wite-out manicure and pedicure? Her nails are sharpened points that could cut diamonds.

    • RocknLox

    • Zippypie

It looks like a nice day outfit for work.  Those nails though….why do these women think it’s attractive to have talons?

      • Amelia

as someone who is a fan of talons (they elongate the fingers, longer nails are easier to paint, it is really fun to have witchy nails, not everyone wants to look soft and girly and pretty all the time, they make scratching immensely satisfying etc.), these are NOT talons.  seriously, they extend a few milimeters beyond her fingertips at most and to be honest, until I read the comments I couldn’t tell that they weren’t just rounded.

    • Rand Ortega

    • amanda lynn

white out toe nails!  never thought i’d think they were so cute.

    • bd73

wow! and, bam! so pretty and the classic colors (including lipstick) really make it chic.

    • Big Bear

She rocks that sexy secretary look. J’adore her in this.

    • JJ513

      Flawless makeup!

    • quiltrx

I love that the print is very Japanese-woodcut-ish…it’s gorgeous.  I think all this needed was a killer necklace, and some new shoes and toes.

    • guest2visits

Not really a fan of the gladiator sandals, that much – but she looks fantastic.

    • ccm800

adorbs –  but seriously makeup people…this young  gorgeous girl does not need the drag spray on  treatment. Less is more…let that gorgeous face do the work –  because y’all eff it up with all that crap!
