Is she starring in a remake of G.I. Jane or something? That’s the only thing that could explain this.
I’m not crazy about the dress, but it’s a great color, and I love Zoe, so win-win all around.
I would like this so much better if the stupid strap above the bust was being used as an actual belt around the waist.
Oh! Zoe made a dress out of a military utility backpack! How resourceful of her!
I do love the color on her, but the plastic laces remind me of a girl scout craft project.
Yea! I thought it looked like a Craft Kit I could have gotten as a Christmas gift, years ago. She did a nice job lacing it together but it still looks like a craft project.
its a great color on her, but the dress is an overworked concept. Too much of the lacing idea, carried out in too many places.
Between the stiff fabric and the lacing/rivet details, it’s just too much. The fabric looks tortured (is that a purposeful seam on our left/her right, or just a manufacturing mistake?), and the hardware makes her look like she’s wearing a giant Converse.
Nice color for her. Still, no one should go to a New Year’s party looking like a gigantic shoe.
Zippers and lacing, oh my! Entirely too much going on here, even for someone with Zoe’s fashion chops.
Shape and color are fabulous on her. The details of the dress though, weird.
Dress is fine, I think. Not really jaw-dropping but good enough. She could ditch the ‘chest-belt’ and replace it with some necklace. The hem looked kind of stiff though. Not sure if the hair is complimenting the dress but she sure looked like she had fun, and it shows.
Love the color, hate the boob belt. Waaaay too much riveting, as well.
Those shoes and Hoop earrings . . . Nope!
It’s just so.. boring.
It looks like a Home Ec project.
Is that a tiny tattoo underneath her chin?
My compliments to her underarm waxer.
I wondered the same thing about the possible tattoo under her chin. Weird — I have never noticed that on her before.
And as someone who tried underarm waxing exactly once, bravo to HER for withstanding it!
Or maybe she had them lasered. I had mine lasered 5x but I still have like half of the hair left!
Yeah what is up with the JJ under her chin?
Might be her charging port. Finally, proof that she is not human!
Upon closer examination, the J J has been added in a text function and not properly rasterized. You can see the wonky pixels around it. The second pic is a detail from the first, but lordonlyknows who put that J J on her. Weird.
I thought it was an add-on, but then I saw it in two pictures and didn’t know what to think. Didn’t notice that the one was just a closeup of the other, haha.
It’s pretty, but don’t you want more sparkle for New Years?
I really hate this. Just…everything about it.
I love the makeup, the hair, and the shoes. Not so much the leather craft pieces from summer camp that she laced onto her body several times to ensure no nip slips.
THAT’s a Pucci? I actually love it but holy crap does not look anything like a Pucci.
Pocahontas on St-Patrick’s day!
The underarm belt and the boob window it creates are not good ideas.
I think she looks stunning. That expression on her face in the first photo is fierce.
reminds me of those pre-school “learn how to lace” projects, albeit a very high end one
I usually detest peek-a-boo boob bands, but for whatever reason, I really like this on her. Love the choice of shoes and make-up and hair are perfection. Great color and excellent restraint in jewelry. Excellent way to ring in the New Year!
The more I look at the dress the less I like it. The more I look at her the deeper my girl crush gets…she’s phenomenal!
This dress is hideous but she can wear whatever she wants.
Way way way too much lacing and grommets. What should have been a nice little detail took over the whole dress.
Also, the neck strap should be around her waist.
Great color, really nice shoes, but overall no — just too much.
Call me crazy but I actually like this! Hair works really well too.
I like it,but I have no idea how the dress works because even unzipped, that upper strap has to be open for her to get into it.
Props to Zoe. Sometimes my heart goes out to these gals who have to pull off some odd designer dresses. (Nah, not really.) Zoe is making an awkward dress look a whole lot better than it is. You go girl.
I don’t love the dress but she loves it, had fun with it, and that’s enough to turn it around for me
who’s that JJ on her underchin? and do the other star trekkers have one as well?
The length of this dress is not right. It either needs to be several inches shorter, or to the floor.
Call me kooky, I kind of like this look.
Don’t like the dress. I like the shape and fit of the dress, but the actual fabric and details look like she copped it for 40 bucks at Rainbow.
she used to be so smart…
Not a great color in a terribly over worked dress! Zout!
Wow, I think she looks fabulous! Love the dress, the color, and the fit.
love her but not the dress
I don’t really like the peek-a-boob strap at the top of the bodice.
Yeah, it takes it from kick-ass to camp project
Great dress for a Miami New Year. Is she wearing one gold and one silver shoe ?
I’m liking these knee-length skirts…
No, it never left camp project. Where’s her lanyard necklace?
Zoe, you magnificent creature. I admit that I was hoping for a gown. I’m a sucker for the juxtaposition of utilitarian fabrics and trims with very feminine shapes and garments.
No. More. Boob. Windows.
I love it. She looks like she’s about to burst out laughing. She’s so damn cute.
I have a Ren Faire bodice that looks just like that…
This is a wonderfully interesting dress; she looks great but I wish it were another color besides camo-green.
I love this.
After a series of very disappointing duds from her, this is actually the best she’s looked in a long time.
I’m going to stand up and say I really like the dress! I would remove the boob-strap, though. Without that, it’s one of those dresses that you move in closer to see what is making the pattern and texture.
It fits her well and the accessories are right but I just kind of think it is ugly sooo….. yeah.
Hmm, I’m thinking that dress would leave the strangest little rivets all over your body. Is that a little tattoo under her chin?
I saw that too. It looks like “JJ”
I see I’m in the minority. I think the whole look is fabulous. On her only though.
Kind of cute, kind of weird.
Very 50 shades of Green
Interesting dress. I like it. It could have been made during my fantasy version of a PR Runway unconventional materials challenge at the Army Navy store. Or sporting goods store. Or redneck grocery store.
