IN or OUT: Amanda Seyfried in Marios Schwab

Posted on January 11, 2013

This is a whole hell of a lot of dress for one little slip of a girl to attempt.

Amanda Seyfried attends the 2013 Critics’ Choice Awards in a Marios Schwab dress paired with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry and Roger Vivier shoes.

Marios Schwab Spring 2013 Collection/Model: Kate King

But we haven’t loved her more recent public appearance outfits and this one certainly checks off the “attention-seeking” box, which is a good thing. And of course, anyone sporting eyes like that is only going to look good in a brilliant blue.

Lorenzo thinks this is “divine,” but Tom thinks there are perhaps one or two too many elements for one dress. But we’re both in agreement that it’s basically a good look for her. Neither of us like the hair, though. And the shoes are fine, but it feels like they should be paired with another outfit. Which means once again that the Kittens get to make the call.

IN! Visually stunning and unusual!

OUT! Total Frankendress!

Out! I don’t dislike the dress but she made really poor styling choices from – quite literally – head to toe.

  • j_anson

…in…? I really like the color, but when I try to look past it, I think the dress is overworked and the proportions are weird on her.

On the other hand, those blues really are so gorgeous on her.

  • Roosevelt 85

    I say “IN”.

It’s colorful. It has a sari quality to it. It’s interesting enough without being TOO MUCH.

  • http://theargiehome.blogspot.com/ Gus Casals

Mmmm, I have mixed feelings about many things (shoes, but also her general body language), but she doesn’t look bad at all, it’s an IN

    • http://www.facebook.com/people/Lucía-Gavello/1253586868 Lucía Gavello

Right? She doesn’t look comfortable, and she usually vamps it up quite well for the RC. It’s an IN but not a WERQ, I’m not a fan of the hem either.

  • http://twitter.com/chylde chylde

    IN for 1977
    OUT for 2013

  • iwittmann

    Out! Pure and simple!

    • Vickiefantastico

Yeah, agreed! Why is there any question?

    • EveEve

Out – agreed. IceCapades gone way wrong.  From the black satin back torso to the bottom of the irregular hem of the knife pleated MOB skirt – just a mess.

  • Vickiefantastico

What is that hem? And the strange shoulders? And are those PLEATS, for Heaven’s sake? My goodness, no! Out!

  • mjude

    IN.

  • warontara

I don’t like this dress at all, but besides that- why does she keep picking things that she is proportionally too short for? Amanda, honey, you are fairly rich and well-known- get these things altered! Out!!

  • lexilexi

TOM is right – it’s OUT!

  • http://twitter.com/UberChicADee Diana Giese

IN. I’m going as far as to say this is a WERQ for me. She looks stunning. Especially after a few recent stumbles.

    • Delaney Davis

I agree, it’s an IN to me!

  • http://twitter.com/LianaBrooks Liana Brooks

She looks stunning, job done. IN

  • OrigamiRose

Love the color; not crazy about the dress itself but it’s not terribly garish, just a bit too….dated?  I’ll swing her an IN.

  • shirab

I like the hair! But then, I’m a sucker for a fancy ballerina look.
I think the blue is a good color on her but interestingly, it makes her eyes look greenish rather than more intensely blue. (As a brown-eyed person, I always find that kind of thing fascinating.)

    • pdxmcollie

As a blue-eyed person, that happens to me if it isn’t the right shade of blue. More interesting is that the blue becomes really intense when I wear an emerald or strong green. Go figure.

    • rkdgal

Her eyes are green (or so they’ve always appeared to me). My optometrist said that green eyes can sometimes appear to be blue, but blue eyes never appear green. (That took me a while to figure out, and it means that I have green eyes.) Either way, Amanda’s are lovely!

  • librarygrrl64

    Ew, ew, ew. OUT!!!

  • nannypoo

I love it, even the goofy hair. I think maybe I hate the back of the bodice, but it doesn’t show very much so I’m choosing to ignore it. And I don’t like the shoes.

  • ralish

A definite IN. Yes, the hair is a little wonky and there’s a bit too much going on with the dress, but I think she looks gorgeous. It’s a great color for her and it’s interesting to look at.

    • http://profiles.google.com/anplica Anplica Fiore

Agreed – it’s a small in for me.  Would have been an IN had the hem be straight across and a different shoe choice was made.

    • ampg

Yes, all of this.  IN, despite the minor issues.

  • http://wipgirl.wordpress.com/ kristel

I think it’s more In than out – there are issues, but it’s better than a lot of what she’s shown up in recently, the colour is beautiful, and it’s nearly there.

  • Tiny_Bolt

In until the knees, and then it turns into Too Much.  I would find myself smiling, then scroll down to include the hem at the bottom, and I’d frown.  And I LOVE asymmetrical hems.

  • crash1212

    OUT.

  • http://www.facebook.com/people/Linda-Harris/1358701372 Linda Harris

    I’m sooo tired of lace

  • geans

Overall IN. The skirt’s sort of distracting, though.

  • Elizabeth Silverstein

Out – it’s too much and she is not selling it at all. I covet her shoes.

  • YourBaloneyDontGotNoSecondName

in, just because it’s so dramatic and attention getting and it’s in a vivid color.  but mostly becuase i just now realized that i haven’t noticed any nude platform pumps in a while.

  • Call me Bee

IN!  She looks beautiful and the color is killer on her.  The dress is…interesting (I really wish the hem were straight…) but Miss Amanda is rocking it.

  • Ruth Preston

Whoever did that hair apparently took the Festive Holiday Bow-Tying workshop at Hobby Lobby.

  • http://aldonsusi.blogspot.com/ Susi R

    I like it! IN!

  • filmcricket

Out. Those blues are fabulous on her, but it’s really just not a very attractive dress.

  • petalfrog

If she was smiling with her teeth showing I’d say in, but she looks so miserable/pissed/tense that she just isn’t selling it.

  • stagmania

    IN. Beautiful color.

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_UXHOYXPNJJ4MQH6IHYSI3G5ILI M

8.0!  She nailed the triple axle!

  • Pants_are_a_must

UGH. NO. WHAT IS THIS DRESS. THIS DRESS IS AWFUL.

Flog your damn stylist, Amanda Seyfried. THEN fire them.

    OUT OUT OUT OUT OUT.

  • gsk241

I’m not a fan of the hair, but otherwise I think she looks great.  Love the color.  IN!

  • Judy_J

I love the color, and I quite like the top part of the dress.  Not crazy about the skirt, but I’m in a generous mood, so I say IN, mainly because that color of blue is divine.

  • Kristy Evans

OUT. The dress is weird. And the shoes are wrong. Her makeup looks good, though.

  • nannypoo

I just realized what this reminds me of. The June Taylor Dancers! God, I feel old.

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_B3CIEK7XAS3YKAAKFJFMIIKC4I Nacogdoches

Out. I don’t think that color suits her skin. IMO, this could be a “Girl, That’s Not Your Dress.”

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=535548244 Kim Baker Vidas Davey-Irvin

i think it’s a whole helluva lot of different dresses.

  • http://www.facebook.com/people/Maya-KC/537771651 Maya KC

Mostly In. She sells it when she looks confident, but when she loses the sparkle in some of the pictures the dress just goes to awkward.

  • http://twitter.com/thehilariest The Hilariest

SHE looks gorgeous, as long as you focus on just her face. The hair, dress, and shoes? Not terrific.

  • http://profile.yahoo.com/DNWEFT2SVBX5T3NPMROQCT4U2U jennyv

    Oof, OUT!

  • http://phantomminuet.blogspot.com/ MinAgain

She doesn’t look like she enjoys wearing the dress.  That says a lot, right there.  The color is great, but the dress looks cobbled together, as though the designer threw a bunch of elements against a wall and sewed up the ones that stuck together.

The shoes could have been worse.  See the runway version.

    • mhleta

Right? WTF were they thinking with those shoes?? Sometimes more is just…more.

  • hughman

Weird and macabre. “Miss of the Spider Woman”.

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1476648069 Scott Cooper

No comment about the make-up?  It ages her ten years.

  • Beardslee

out.  too much of a muchness.

  • Warmheartedgirl Seattle

Out.  I agree with Tom – Frankendress.  Good color for her, but that’s about it.

  • http://twitter.com/delysia_lafosse Delysia LaFosse

I don’t like the hem, but overall I think she looks striking and pretty. She’s IN, but I can’t muster up too much enthusiasm.

  • OneRing

I vote “Out”.  Too much Ice Capades and the black is not working at all.

  • Lily-Rygh

The color is beautiful on her, but I simply cannot get past that horrifying waist band.   OUT.

  • Sara__B

I can find nothing nice to say about the gown or the styling. Even her posture is bad. OUT.

  • leave_Blake_alone

IN!! The dress is beautiful and she pulls it off.

  • http://www.facebook.com/people/Julie-Chase/731391326 Julie Chase

Out. The color is pretty, but I hate that skirt. Flames on the side of my face hate.

  • jennsilentcrow

At first a NO, Then i decided YES if she’d just stand up straight. jeez. And by the by…what hair could yu possibly wear with that? Anything less than a bun would be too much.

  • decormaven

The design of the dress is so conflicting- Ice Princess bodice, Carmen Miranda pickups on the skirt, blah black back panel. The color is great on her, but that’s it for me. Out.

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_VZLU6YVO4BRTELTTH3GRAAMWZQ Dot

I really wish the hemline wasn’t asymmetrical. That element kind of kills the look for me. The make-up is awfully icy and harsh for her, too.

  • http://twitter.com/PhDKnitter marlie

HATE the dress. And the shoes are all wrong for it. But that doesn’t matter quite so much, because I HATE the dress. I hate the way that the back of the dress (the part in black) just seems to be an afterthought. And it also seems to fit her weirdly in the midsection.

  • elirt

In! I actually like all of it and think her hair looks cute.

  • Super_Red

In! I don’t love the one-leg-out pose, but I love lots more than I dislike.

  • http://twitter.com/abcdefghijadzia Jadzia

I actually like everything but the shoes here.  In.

  • http://profiles.google.com/dorothymichael Dorothy & Michael n/a

Reminds me of something seen on Dancing With the Stars.  I hate the hemline. The color looks really nice with her eyes, though.

  • http://twitter.com/amndad amanda lynn

    nope

  • mhleta

OUT! Way too many elements happening here. I can’t find anything other than the color that I’m on board with. I really hate looking at this.

  • Jacqueline Wessel

in, but not IN. I’d like the dress better if the hemline were even and, I don’t like that the back of the bodice is black. I would have preferred if the lace went all the way around or if the back were a matching blue.

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_OLSER5H3A6FPBAZOEIQIOBHAYM Elizabeth Rust

IN. It’s definitely got some elements that I wouldn’t have thought would work together, but she’s rocking it – and I like her hairstyle and choice of shoes better than those on the runway model. [The dress *does* look a bit like a Project Runway challenge involving scraps of fabric, with the black and the lace and whatnot, but I still like it.]

OUT. The only good thing about that dress is the color.

In. That color is too compelling. Any other color, and it would be an out.

  • http://korilian.livejournal.com/ korilian

    LOVE IT! In like WOAH!

  • Joyce VG

It’s not completely atrocious to me.  I don’t like the bottom half but like the top.  Her make-up looks good and she looks comfortable.

  • jw_ny

Searching for one nice thing to say…um…I kinda like her shoes.  :)

    OUT!

  • suzq

From the front, it’s a big bowl of OK.  From the back, it’s hideous…as if the designer ran out of blue lace fabric and had to substitute left over black lining from another outfit.

  • B_C_J

Hate this dress. It looks like something an aging drag queen would wear.  The black satin back is making me nauseous and that skirt is MAYBE appropriate for the bottom of  a beach coverup. OUT!

  • lrhg

    In.

  • altalinda

Out.  Also for pulling a Jolie.

  • Janet B

    OUT

The bodice fabric is pretty and the lining is a good match for her skin.

  • Louise Bryan

I don’t like that dress, except for the color.  The shape doesn’t suit Ms. Seyfried, either.  OUT

  • Deedles

I have the sudden urge to go ice dancing.

  • http://robot-heart.tumblr.com heartbot

I think the whole thing would look better if the skirt of the dress were all floor-length and not pleated. Honestly, that would solve 90% of the problem with this look. The shoes are eh and the hair gets weirder the longer you look at it, but from the waist up, she looks stunning. I’m going to say in, though, just because of the controversy.

  • kelsita421

Somehow the overall effect is IN for me.

  • FrayedMachine

Okay seriously, who dresses this girl? I feel like a flogging is in order. She’s way too gorgeous to be constantly placed in these painfully off outfits. I like the color on her but that’s literally if I squint my eyes enough to blur everything out.

  • Carly Warnock

In. I think it really suits her well.

  • Violina23

more good than bad = in. love the color on her!

  • http://CallMeJane.com/ CallMeJane

Out. The lace is interesting, but that skirt… ugh.  The styling is really bad.  She can do and has done, so much better.

  • Lisa M. (ReVoir) Kramp

Not liking the ballerina hair and makeup. I love the top of the dress but there is no way I can get behind that skirt, even on the model. Way too Sheik Yer Bootie.

  • Imasewsure

OUT really weird but maybe hair down with different shoes would have helped???

  • MilaXX

small IN. I really dislike the shoe. Still it’smostly “meh”,just not bad enough for an OUT.

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1396777506 Christin Pardy-Nosenchuk

    OUT.

  • Dhammadina

In. Though from a distance the black lace makes her look like she has sweated through the dress.

  • Jangle57

Darn, part of me has this hometown sort of feel for her as she grew up in Allentown, PA and her parents still live there (I’m in the next town over but the local paper loves to write about her) so I really want to like what she’s wearing, but no, I just can’t.  Hate the hair, hate the shoes and I’m not wild about the dress on her though the color is great and I think it looks great on the model.  Maybe she just needs more height?  Whatever, reluctantly, OUT

  • TropiCarla

I am conflicted as I mostly love the bodice, but the skirt and her hairdo are turning me way off. I have to vote OUT.

  • SayWTH

Love the color! Hate the fact that it looks like someone put the wrong color dress shields under the blue. The skirt is horrible. If it had been cut off just above the knee or down to the floor it might have worked. The bodice bunches under her breasts, which makes her look thicker in the middle than she is – it needs to be smoothed out and pulled in a skosh or two.

  • MarissaLG

Out. She looks beautiful from the waist up, but the bottom of the dress ruins it. That shit is too weird.

  • procrastinatrice

IN! I think she looks fabulous, and I don’t agree that this is too much dress for her. The hair is weird, but I think it becomes the look, and her face looks stunning. Shoes could be better, but they are not bad by any means.

  • http://twitter.com/lisledanielle Danielle Lisle

    Meh.

  • http://twitter.com/cornekopia Shawn EH

It’s like Uli’s and Josh’s couture dresses had a baby. But I like it, certainly she is a risk-taker. IN!

  • http://www.facebook.com/D.D.D.Dino Dino Bonačić

IN IN IN. love the whole feel.

  • AuntieAnonny

Has potential, but it’s unflattering and that lace is doing bad things to her figure. OUT

    I likes it.  IN.

  • http://profile.yahoo.com/KBNJ6GJTXYEE6BON3WGK6KEGT4 Elizabeth

OUT. The color is lovely on her, but the dress is just too complicated. She looks overwhelmed by it; it’s wearing her.

  • Laura Nugent

Out!  I feel like she could have pulled this off, but she isn’t.

  • http://www.facebook.com/cindyloohoo19 Cindy Bartlett Zigler

Out! Definitely a Frankendress – if the top half actually continued into some like a sleek sheath dress, maybe it might’ve worked.  As it is, with the micro-pleating and up-and-down hemline – not doing it for me.  It is a pretty colour.  LOATHE the shoes – hair looks too tightly pulled back, and her make up looks muddy. And she’s such a beautiful girl too…shame…

  • Diane Lynch

Bring me my ice skates. Out.

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=713709401 Randy Noak

    OUT. Ice-skating ballerina.

  • newtonGOTbeaned

I think the hair is cute, in a weird way. The skirt of the dress looks kind of purpley in the runway picture and I wish it looked that way on Amanda, too. And the shoes are wrong. IN, but just barely.

  • http://www.twitter.com/allforusophia AllForUSophia

It’s an IN for me. I love Marios Schwab and this looks great on her, although it IS a bit busy. Have to agree about the shoes though.

  • Trisha26

Out. Hate the dress – reminds me of Joshua’s PR “HHHHHote koootooooor” nightmare of a dress – only more subdued. I actually don’t mind the hair – it’s up, sleek & unusual.

  • http://twitter.com/SillyGrrlJen Silly Grrl

Out. I like the bodice and shoulders. The rest of it seems frankendress to me.

  • http://twitter.com/Merneith Merneith

  • thecitysleeps

I’m gonna go with IN.  I love the colour and the upper part so much.

  • http://twitter.com/MajorBedhead MajorBedhead

No. It’s too busy. It’s pleated AND it’s lace over nude. Blech. Hair – blech. Shoes – boring. Weird ass hem – blech. Out.

  • l_c_ann

    Out.

I see the shiny blushed cheeks overwhelming her well done eyes. The dress was by committee, and everybody added their special element.

  • kimmeister

I’m with Lorenzo this time – IN!  I even like the hair.  The thing I would change is the black back, which just seems cheap.

  • teensmom99

IN–because “it’s basically a good look for her.”  But it’s not great.  Let’s ban illusion netting.

  • raininmai

This is an IN for me though I don’t like the black fabric on the back. And I love the hair, especially from the side.

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_F73LIJ3SJGI5AJQMXMWXCKILHI Pamela

The doily epaulets are the worst thing on it but not by much.  I bet this looks better flowing on a runway rather than standing still.  No.

  • ojosazules

The hair is elegant. The dress is a tacky ass mess. Out.

  • SorayaS

    In

  • pop_top

OUT. The color is lovely but the styling is off. Plus, it seems the dress is loose? I guess since these are one-time events she doesn’t get her dresses completely custom made, but her or her stylist should pick dresses that aren’t so obviously made for taller women.

  • RedRaven617

  • http://twitter.com/MarfMom Maya

gorgeous color but there is just too much going on, combined with poor styling: OUT for me

  • demidaemon

I like the bodice and her makeup. The hair is okay. I think she needed an updo, but I am not sure if it should be this updo. I don’t like the shoes, and the skirt is a little loinclothy to me. I say an IN for the effort.

Out. Looks like a mother of the bride dress, if the MOB is hunting for Step-father of the Bride.
And I think the blue of the dress pulls the blue of her eyes-the eyes look less blue than normal.

    • Qitkat

My hackles go up anytime someone calls MOB. I’m still hoping for an established designer defiantly making an ENTIRE collection for mother of the bride/groom. Having played the part of MOG twice now, I would have been thrilled to find something this pretty.

  • http://twitter.com/jen_canary Jennifer Ford

In. I love how it all comes together, and she seems very comfortable and easy in it. I even think her hair works with it, and I usually don’t like yanked-back hair.

  • Verascity

Absolutely pulling it off. I think she looks STUNNING. IN.

  • guest2visits

It’s not a fantastic dress, especially where the waist line abruptly cuts her in half; but she’s still making it werq. So IN.

  • Tatiana Luján

In. even if I don’t like the dress all that much and I definitely don’t like the hairdo or the shoes (wich are very 1998). She looks very good

  • Aly Light

    OUT. Nacho dress, girl.

  • unbornfawn

She could use a better bra, the dress is too long for her. I have to agree that there are too many elements for HER to pull of this dress, someone taller might just manage it. Can hardly see anything but all that eye makeup. She’s posing very awkwardly, which doesn’t help. Nothing is really horrible here, it just isn’t quite right. OUT. Get a fitting first next time.

  • http://www.facebook.com/people/Mary-Stone/100001328135240 Mary Stone

What kills it for me completely is the stupid droopy-diaper mullet hem in the front.  Just ick.  Sorry, this killed an otherwise lovely dress.  Had no idea that Josh is working for Marios Schwab now.

  • butterflysunita

    Out. Really dislike the hem.

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_JSGAZPEESHQT47ATH55GNOHHBY Erin

IN.  I don’t hate the hair, and I think she’s pulling off the look.

  • LCTerrill

The bodice is nice, if a teensy bit covered up, but that bizarre skirt is hiddy. All in all, OUT.

  • Jarethee

Oh really?? I think it’s gorgeous and fun. IN!

  • formerlyAnon

I was going with a knee jerk “too much going on – and a half” till I saw the dark back of the bodice. Which, paradoxically, instead of being “what! aNOther contrast?!” made me go “hmmmm . . . I kind of like that”

So I say “in.” And upon reflection, I bet I’d really like it on her in motion.

  • Warrior89

Out.  Hair/makeup=fancy alien.  Color is pretty, dress is ugly.  And stand up straight for god’s sake.

  • quiltrx

I’m going to stick with my usual thing of not faulting the wearer for the designer’s mistakes…so it’s an IN.  Face is pretty and I love the hair.

But the dress…yeesh, about three too many elements.  I like the *idea* of the bodice (if maybe the black elements were just a slightly darker blue instead), but the rest just goes awry.  It’s particularly clumsy-looking in the black on the back, the way the skirt attaches to the bodice, and the hem.

  • BuffaloBarbara

IN.  The waist is a little too low for a werq, but the color is beautiful on her, and this may be the first 70s reference dress that I actually like.

The hair only gets an OUT from me.  It’s a very interesting and somewhat pretty dress, it fits her well but that HAIR!! Ugh…..

  • Qitkat

In. I like it. A lot. Such a flattering color for her. Though what annoys me a little are the tacked on black lace shoulderettes.
And I’m probably in the minority, but I think that’s a charming take on an up-do. I’ll bet it looked great from the sides and back.

In. I really love it – if it had a third color (or slightly mismatched shade of blue), it would be out.

  • jenno1013

    OUT.  THREE-way Frankendress.

  • ankali

I’m going to go with IN. The dress is a tad ice-dancy/Vegas for my taste, but the poorly executed hair is my biggest reservation. Regardless, neither concern overwhelms the overall sense that she looks festive and polished.

  • RocknRollmom

Out, out, out.  Only good thing is color.  Everything else is just off.  This is a “not your dress” for her as far as I am concerned.  Looks good on model.  Plus that hair looks painful and I think it is not a good look.  Although considering the dress, it does have to be up.  Please tell me you guys are going to speak somewhere to the Famke Jannsen nightmare at this event.  I will go look.  Similar color to this one.

  • rkdgal

From the waist up, an unreserved IN. And that’s good enough to earn an overall IN from me. Her eye color is beautiful; I wonder what she’d look like in a similar green-hued dress?

OUT, completely.  The dress is a nightmare.  Simply hideous.

    I LOVE her hair, though.

  • http://www.facebook.com/paco.rosado.33 Paco Rosado

It is an interesting dress and amazing color, the rest of them looked soooooo boring last night! An huge bravo for her brave, sophisticated and original election!

  • marilyn

Out.  Everything is off:  Color too bright, dress overdesigned.  Bodice tacky looking.  SKirt with v-shaped hem.  Slits on side.  Looks like costume from 1980′s Broadway show.  Hair like school librartian.  Posing to show slits in dress (knees 20: apart)  Nothing good here.

IN. a BIG IN.  the color is divine and love the sleek hair with interesting twists.

  • Elaine Lang

    OUT.   1983 ice dancer.

  • barbarienne

Great from the hairline to the hips. The skirt has to go, and I hate when she does the severe hair.

Alas, I have to say OUT. Soooo close, but the bodice cannot make up for the skirt.

  • TieDye64

Pretty color, but this is a clear OUT as far as I’m concerned.

  • Kriky

I love it! It’s an IN from me.

  • http://vhanna26.typepad.com Vera

OUT.  The dress works with a tall model on the runway, but it’s too much for Amanda.

  • Iroqhard

Out- because I am sick of her eyes. Why does she do the dark heavy eye every time? I know, pale girl here myself what up! If I don’t at least wear mascara, my eyes recede into my big pale face. But man, she wears TOO MUCH EYELINER. Her makeup is always…harsh.

  • BayTampaBay

OUT!  Those shoes do not go with that dress.

In! Her body looks great! She looks really tall, and thin. Great color on her. I agree on the “too many elements” thing. It would’ve been better if the sleeves didn’t have the black lace.

  • SophieCollier

That’s totally a “Dancing With the Stars” dress.  It looks great on the runway, as that fabric is meant to move, not hang down to her ankles.  It’s a gorgeous color, but just looks a bit blah from the waist down, hanging there like that.

  • BigWhiteGrannyPanties

IN.   Love it.  Beautiful color and I love her hair.  IN IN IN.

In. She looks like a fashion version of a flamenco dancer (in a very good and gorgeous way); someone hand her some castanets!

  • http://www.facebook.com/mandymershon Mandy Mershon

She looks lovely! Her hair is a little severe but the dress, earring, and shoes are all very pretty.

  • Pterodactyl111

IN! It’s fun and interesting. I like the hair.

  • PeggyOC

Out.  This shouldn’t even have come to a vote.

  • Lynn Landry

Out. I hate the hem. I hate the fabric. I hate the color. And I don’t often hate a lot of things.

  • http://twitter.com/anywhoo Leigh David

Seriously, droopy folds of loose lace under the bustline, black webbing creeping over her shoulders like she’s being attacked by the alien, Venom, sad skirt. Ick.  OUT.

  • kalisa

Is it her posture or the dress that makes her look all slumped over?

  • kathryn_dc

If you’re going to attempt Jolie Limb (TM), you must turn out the toe darling! Forget the pigeon toe stance!

  • http://twitter.com/enuma enuma

OUT.  This looks like someone cut up two pretty dresses to make one ugly dress.

  • meebs

I really like the skirt, it looked better in some side profile pictures that I saw of her earlier.

  • rh33

Hey everybody! My skirt has a slit!
    OUT.

  • http://twitter.com/PattieGillett Patricia Gillett

OUT. Mostly because of her hair.

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1452430239 Roxanne Pedro

It’s just too much dress for her, and she’s completely lost in it. Looks great on the model, but Amanda is just too short for it.

  • libraangel

NO NO NO! So ugly! Blue curtains, lace, black back! OUT!!!
