Other than the fluffy pink “muffin-top” top, it’s all very pretty.
(Poor forlorn model wearing the top. She doesn’t know what to do with her hands.)

      • Jessie Melcher Brown

        I kept thinking baby sling.

    • MilaXX

Pretty but standard.  The pink satin fluffy  top might fair better with pencil pants

    • Ashleigh Boutelle

Personally, not the best looking editorial to me. Perhaps it’s the interior designer in me, but I keep looking at that light fixture…

    • hughman

Oh look, a new Neiman-Marcus catalogue.

    • Dot

Not even an accidentally interesting campaign. Between the ladies with floral blankets on their laps and the sad girl in the pink bath wrap, there isn’t a lot to see here.

    • mhleta

It’s like a Pinterest board. I can’t even force myself to pay attention for more than two seconds.

    • foodycatAlicia

Very springlike – and for some reason I can imagine the Fannings in most of it – but not very interesting.

    • Judy_J

I like the black pantsuit.  That’s about it.

    • Dhammadina

It’s like Dior meets Target –you can almost see the bullseye.

    •!/Space_Kitty Space Kitty

Wow, even Dior’s not feeling this.  It looks like more effort went into the set up of the shoot than in the clothing being displayed.  No wonder it’s sans commentary in the whiteboard section.  What is there to say?

My god, even Dior isn’t good enough for me these days.  i think I need a spa vacation.

      I’d kill for those shoes.

The classic black pants suit is awesome and probably worth the piles of cash…. the rest is transitory but pretty enough

    • Trisha26

The two slim pant/jacket looks are killer but far from new. The rest – pfft.

    • crash1212

Not loving it. Those two puffy skirts look like they snagged the princess-style comforters off a bed and slapped them around the models. Seriously odd clothing.

    • Sinéad Doyle

All I can think when I see that last look is how awful it looked on Jennifer Lawrence and if she looked bad, there’s no chance anyone other than the model can work this. Add for the shots, I like the simplicity and focus on the clothes.

      • formerlyAnon

To be fair, I think Ms. Lawrence might have looked good if the clothes had been altered to fit her correctly. I don’t have a good enough eye to know if that is possible.

    • charlotte

This is meh overall, but check out the fantastic names!

    • Big Bear

If we all chip in perhaps we can buy that girl in the pink rubber ring an actual dress.

    • AuntieAnonny

Remember when Dior used to be pretty?

    • l_c_ann

OK, I’m sold.  I have to have it………..the wall sconce, that is.

    • kcarb1025

      These models are…… not good.

    • wawawah

Can’t wait for someone to wear that “pink pudddle of a fallen soufle dress” on thr RC! What a joke!

    • Qitkat

The feel of it is fifties; the clothes are not. Confused.
Love the flirty navy skirt/suit and the elegant black pantsuit though. And the Kim Basinger/LA Confidential hair.

    • guest2visits

This is doing nothing for me.  And knotted ascots/scarfs annoy me.

    • kschwarting

Isn’t that the black suit that Jennifer Lawrence wore while doing publicity for her new film?  Didn’t like it on her (and I think she’s fab), and I’m not sure it’s wearable except for model types.

    • conniemd

Why would you pair long sleeved back tops with the two pastel floral comforter skirts? Back and pastel look hideous together.

    • quiltrx

I just love Dior.  Big, poufy flower skirts for everyone!

    • Sarah Thomas

Uncle Karl’s lost the plot. These look like fake book covers mocked up by an intern in Marketing for a focus group session on finding the newest Teen Heteronormative Lit Sensation.

    • Jecca2244

They would have been better hiring a big name model to anchor these ads. Aside from the ripping off of a Magritte sky, I find these utterly boring. This doesn’t look at all like the exciting looks shown on the runway. Where are the ballgowns?!

    • librarygrrl64

Love the poofy floral skirts and the fierce black suit. But ya’ll are right: this layout is both boring and confusing.

    • BigWhiteGrannyPanties

I love that black… pants suit?  Did I say I loved a pants suit?

    • formerlyAnon

Might be more impressed with this campaign if I came across these in a magazine – all together, on screen, they are quite underwhelming.

Like the jackets, but I would need professional assistance to figure out if those cute jackets were unworkable on me, or could be made workable by hemming to the exactly right length.

I can’t see past the badly photoshopped arms of the model in the black pant suit.
