jewelry please. A different shoe, please.
They’re old lady low heels with a skin-baring top. Makes no sense.
Also, it’s nice she has those napkins pinned under her waist in case things get messy.
The M on the chest area must mean something.
It’s her superhero logo.
Mid-level Manager at paper supply company. And from the look on her face in the second picture, you’ve been very naughty and must report to her for punishment immediately!
M for Mom.
It’s an upside-down W.
I don’t like the dress but she looks great in it.
Reese is so damn perky all the time. Got to love her for her seemingly upbeat nature. And since she had a baby recently, I give her the thumbs up on this look.
kind of love. the styling is a bit toned down, but that’s a reflection of her personal style so it works for me here.
The lace trend hasn’t always bugged me as much as some BK’s but I’m not loving this dress. But she looks fresh and pretty – great hair and make up.
The skirt looks too tight; it kind of makes her look like she has a pooch.
She had a baby about 5 minutes ago – there is definitely a little tummy left. I think the skirt is quite a good shape for her but I don’t like the lace or the shoes.
I’m not sure a peplum is the best look for a new mom, it seems to throw the fit off a bit, but otherwise she looks great. And how can she radiate so much energy with a new baby around? I want her meds.
Yes, she just had a baby, and the dress is too tight. I noticed that and totally missed the giant M. Maybe something with a bit more relaxed fit would have looked more polished.
VERY little tummy. It’s pretty amazing, actually. How do these girls starve themselves down so quickly?
And she looks stumpy in this dres. Too many details for someone her height
Is it a little tight? And I also like the length to the knee as it is on the model. (and a different shoe…)
The detailing at the hip is not doing her any favors. Great post-pregnancy figure, but something not quite as fitted in the midriff/hip area would have been better.
Just deleted a long thing that might have been in questionable taste, now that I reconsider. I’m just going to go with: No.
I think it’s a little snug, but seeing as she’s on my Irrational Love list, it’s fine by me
why is she posing like her deodorant isn’t quite dry?
That’s how you pose to make your arms appear smaller (as a petite woman with no genetic predisposition towards petite arms, I understand this). But hey, if it helps with less pit stains, that’s another good reason too!
Why choose a dress with peplum-like detailing and then squash it flat? I give her all the credit in the world for being in such great shape when she had a baby so recently, but I’m not crazy about this busy little dress, and she made it worse.
The fit of the dress is not flattering at all.
I almost like it but there’s something about the proportion that looks slightly off to me (you dressmakers out there probably know best). I want to move the waist a couple inches down.
I hate the black lace with supposedly sheer panels (sat next to someone at an event with the look and thought she looked like emperor’s new clothes) but somehow even though I don’t like the dress, Reese pulls it off better than any one else. Maybe the definition of star power is even when you don’t have a model’s body and your dress is nothing special, you still look great.
It’s a bit too tight across the tummy. I know that she just had a baby, and the tummy isn’t as tight as it once was, so wearing a dress that pulls across the midsection just draws attention to it.
Well, bless her heart.
Werq that post-baby bod, Reese, and kudos to you for avoiding the ankle strap trap. She needs to work every Barbara Stanwyck trick in the book and I think this accomplishes that. Pretty hair, makeup and glowing smile as well. For shame, kittens, too bitter today. Did someone tinkle in your catnip?
Wonder Woman’s evil nemesis, Meana Mona. (Can’t not see the M, nor will it stop being an upside-down WW logo for me).
I think it’s time to move on from this body-hugging silhouette that everyone’s been wearing for awhile now. Enough already.
Weird pose and the dress is too tight.
she looks great for post baby, but no woman who just gave birth five minutes ago needs a peplum…well except perhaps Posh…
That hair isn’t working for her anymore. (Not totally sure it ever was.)
the penis drawings in the back are totally distracting.
Good Lord–what are they??
It’s a child’s drawing of the sea, with a little boat on the crest of the wave and the words: “Dear Lord, Be good to me, the sea is so wide and my boat is so small.” There’s a little sun in the sky, too. It’s a Children’s Defense Fund event.
Oh, thank god. I was worried.
I’m so glad I’m not the only person who saw that.
I guess railing against lace is a lost cause. It’s gone from being a trend to a staple.
She looks good after recently giving birth, but this is not her dress. Send it to Zoe.
Baby got some back, and she looks great! I don’t even care that the dress and shoes are stupid.
I think she looks great but wish she’d done something more interesting with the shoe. Didn’t she have a baby, like, thirty seconds ago?
That skirt is so very wrong on her
We weren’t quite ready for that Reese. And it’s an ugly dress anyway.
Reese is looking beautiful, especially post baby. The dress however is making her look short and squash. Dowdy shoes.
The busy bodice area just doesn’t look right for her or the model.
Are you sure this isn’t Christina Hendricks with Reese’s head pasted on? That bodice just makes her look enormous and out of balance.
Don’t get me started on the napkins. What is wrong with designers that they’re all doing not just peplums (which I hate in any form), but really bad peplums? They always say “upper East side dowager matron” to me, no matter how they’re designed.
On the model this dress works because she’s a teenager and super-slender and the exact opposite of a pepperpot. Reese is gorgeous, but she’s cruising into her late 30s now, and wearing something that’s even slightly old lady just ages the hell out of you.
Ugh. Dress does her no favors.
Is it just me or is she looking “frumpy” of late? Whats up with that!
I usually like Elie Saab, but I have to give this one a big NO. Looks cheaply made.
NO. This dress makes her look thick around the middle.
Hair and make-up are flawless – look at those beautiful blue eyes! The dress…not so much. Too tight, too fussy and stumpifies her. Maybe it it was a tad longer? I don’t know – go home and try again.
Love her, but this is not her dress. =(
Was she this wide before? Or is this just because of the pregnancy?
Doesn’t look right on her.
Cute dress, but is that a shadow or is it hemmed badly? Looks like it’s longer in the back than in the front, but maybe that’s because it’s riding up a bit? The shoes or jewelry could be a bit bolder, but I have no major complaints other than fit.
