It’s like one of those Holiday Oranges, with the cloves stuck in it.

    • I love it! Blake Lively is a pomander ball!

      • kimmeister

I saw Holiday Orange and immediately thought of those whack-an-orange chocolate balls.

        • Toni Busch

           Whack and unwrap!

    •  I thought it looked a little CMA for me…the color is nice on her, but the studs make it look all honky-tonk…..

    • Killa dress!!! love the shoes, but maybe in another color!

    • Yes. Exactly.

  • Mismarker

I can’t with those shoes.  It looks like her feet got caught in a fishnet.

    • Nicholas

She looks like she stranded on a desert island and repurposed a hammock.

  • She is not of this Earth. Absolutely gorgeous. Hate those shoes, though.

  • Anathema_Device

Hate the shoes, but the dress is good on her. It has the leather and studded rock ‘n roll thing going on, but at the same time it is feminine.

    • I agree. That is so her dress – and going for an orange dress was a smart choice, since she can wear that color and many people can’t.

  • EditKitten

I love her makeup … and that’s about it.

Then again, I know someone who has had to work with her, and after hearing this person’s stories, I can’t ever look at her as something other than disgusting and self-centered.

    •  Okay, curious over here. What did she do?

Her shoes are just… an insult to humankind.

    • myristica_fragrans

*clutching a sponge in anticipation of you spilling*

    • EditKitten

Here’s one: She once ripped a scab off her arm, handed the scab to someone on set and said, “Get rid of this,” then walked off.

      • Mismarker

        She. did. not.  WTF?!

        • EditKitten

          For real.

I was really happy to hear, though, that Ed Westwick and Leighton Meester are, to quote, “true professionals.”

    •  Yeah, I was thinking…. Gosh, when you think Blake Lively, you automatically think “great humanitarian”…NOT.

  • snevhead

    Shoulda gone up a size.

    • Little_Olive

Yep, looks better on the model. A bit of looseness gives it more movement.

  • Sobaika

Love the dress, hatred of a thousand burning suns for the shoes.

  • Lisa M. (ReVoir) Kramp

That is a KILLA dress, but it’s about 2″ too short. I can’t decide if I love the boots or hate them.

  • Sara__B

I was rather liking the dress, with its interesting color and detailing, and modest (for her) cut. And then I hit those shoes. I loathe those hideous shoes.

  • Introspective

shoes are definite horse hooves with bear traps on top.

dress is cute enough. but overall i cant help but to feel a big meh. maybe its the wearer?

  • cute dress, the shoes would have been better in a dark color.

  • YousmelllikeAnnaWintour

Is it just me or do Louboutin shoes just keep getting uglier?

    • Mismarker

Oh, it’s not just you.  Those shoes, and the ones Lohan wore on Leno a few weeks ago, need to be strapped to a rocket and shot into space.

      • J. Preposterice

why? so aliens will mark our civilization for death?

        • Mismarker

No, so they will burn up when they reach the sun.

    • Little_Olive

yes, so much. As if often also happens with Unkle Karl’s concoctions, people seem to be mesmerized my the brand and allow any fugliness that carries it.

    • alyce1213

      I just don’t get it.

  • NC_Meg

I decided to check TLo before my workout and here is Blake. I think I’ll focus on legs today.

Shoes are awful, dress is meh. I think an orange leather dress could be much, much worse.

  • MissMariRose

Jessica Biel has permanently ruined the bedazzled Isabel Marant collection for me.

  • HomeOfficeGirl

Bording a close to Carrie Underwood’s big-city twin sister.
I like the dress.  But the shoes?  Agh… horrid.

  • I like it!  Ignoring the shoes.

  • decormaven

Dress looks a wee bit tight on her, but I think it’s got something to do with the seaming in the middle. Those shoes look like they were made from leftover shrimpers’ net. Throw them back in the sea.

  • The dress is too small and the shoes are all wrong. Also, the bedazzled cuff looks plastic and I really don’t care for orange leather, with or without studs.

OTOH, her makeup is very pretty and subtle and brings out her natural blonde beauty aesthetic.

  • mhleta

Boy, this dress almost fits her perfectly. Seems like it’s pulling a little in the sleeves, but otherwise, she was born to wear it. This is actually one of my favorite colors–it looks good on everyone. The shoes kind of a bummer, though. Her hair and makeup are really pretty and I kind of want that bracelet. Yeah, if I cover up the feet I love this a lot.

  • Jecca2244

Love her in the dress. those gams! not so much the shoes. but when CL sends you his ENTIRE collection I guess you have to wear them…

  • librarygrrl64

Orange leather gyno dress? Not sure how I feel about that. Those shoes are disgusting.

  • MarissaLG

It looks SO much better on her than it does on the model. Gorg!

  • J. Preposterice

honestly, this is one of the cutest outfits I’ve ever seen on her.

  • Judy_J

Cute dress, but it looks a bit too tight….maybe one size up?

  • nannypoo

It’s a little too short, but she sure has the legs for it. I think the shoes, though odd, are cute with it. Beautiful.

  • teensmom99

Dress or tunic?  Once I know, I”ll be able to comment.

  • ankle up she looks lovely!

  • leave_Blake_alone

Yikes. I love her and think she gets it right more often than not (hence my name), but this is baaaaad.

  • Am I the only one who finds her a bit boring and not that fashionable sometimes

    • Anathema_Device

I think she is totally bland and uninteresting. But I like this dress on her, so I was trying to ignore my irrational dislike of her. I still can’t believe she was chosen to be in a Chanel ad campaign.

    • I don’t get this whole “fashion icon” label she’s gotten. Nine times out of ten, I think she looks tacky and cheap.

  • I always see her in expensive tasteful stuff and wonder why I think she looks a little trashy. This *is* trashy, especially as a combo, and looks 100% right on her.

  • The dress is too tight on her. The model version has a rock and roll vibe to it that was lost by Blake. And let’s not get started on the shoes.

  • jmorino08

The dress looks cheap and those shoes are hiddy.

  • kikisayshi

She looks great! I love the color on her.

  • quiltrx

I don’t know, it looks a little ‘country-western whore’ to me.  And those shoes should be burned, down to the very last pair.

  • Wow, when your dress design gives a runway model a tummy, that’s just crazy. It’s really cute on Blake, though. The nude net booties.. ugh.

  • LesYeuxHiboux

Hair’s cute and she can actually wear the color, plus her legs look great.

It’s too short, which is throwing the proportions off, and the embellishments are ghastly. The shape in general is all wrong for her hourglass figure: swallowing up her small waist, widening her bust with sleeves that end at the same point, and making her look like she has a tummy where there is none because it’s pulling at her hips. It has turned her hourglass into a rectangle, and that ain’t right.

  • bertkeeter

Loose the bracelet and nasty bootie and she’s in!

  • H3ff

Why does such an edgy little red shift look so boring on Boobs? Gals like SWINTON have the exact opposite ability and can make plain clothes look interesting.

  • I hate, hate, HATE her. But it’s a cute little dress. OF COURSE it’s that short, though. And the shoes are hiddy.

  • Fun!

  • Imasewsure

I’m glad she’s so happy because it mask the hiddy shoes… don’t love the dress (it seems too heavy to be so short) but it does look loads better on her than on the model.

  • This is my problem with TLO. Beautiful girl always looks like she’s having a bad time, joins the media shit storm by telling she doesn’t look happy enough (i.e., conform to an accomodating gender expression). This chick, beautiful girl constantly accommodating the media and world with a plastic fake image of delight, joins in on the collective “aww”.

TLO lately, you seem really anti-woman. #WeAreBreakingUp #Itsnotmeitsu

  • guest2visits

Really pretty, and the shoes seem to work with the dress.

  • MilaXX

At first glance I like everything but the booties. However, the more I look at them, the less I mind them. Still not my first choice for  footwear, but they’re okay

  • Jillaine13

She’s a gorgeous girl and looks great here.  It’s totally appropriate for the venue with all the rock legends; leather, studded and a bit of edgy on the classy side.  At least she didn’t wear Kristen Stewart’s outfit, lol.

  • frankystein123

    Very nicely put together.

  • ccm800

skinny and blonde is her entire stock portfolio. How dull.

  • I still don’t know who this girl is or why she is famous but she’s very cute here with her little matchy-matchy cuff. I love the shoes because if I squint I can pretend shes’ a Barbie doll standing in bare feet on her plastic molded crazy high-arch feet.
