I prefer the belt the model is wearing. That little chain detail is too pimp-like and cheap looking.

    • Qitkat

Never occurred to me about the chain. To me it looks like an old-fashioned watch chain, which I always thought were cool.

      • MilaXX

watch chains have their purpose, just not on this look.

I didn’t think pimp-like but I did think cheap and pulls too much focus. Above the waist I like how she looks.

  • Sobaika

The chain is odd, but she looks very pretty. Jumpsuits can be tough.

Yep, I think she’s pulling it off actually.

Despite the fact that there’s a little too much volume in the pants, I think she looks good. I never thought I’d say that I like a Rachel Zoe onesie, but this works for her.

Cute! But fercrissakes, get your hands out of your pockets. It’s not a skirt, you don’t want it billowing out at the hips.

  • tereliz

Wow. I think she looks great. It’s like pajamas and a jumpsuit had a comfortable looking, chic baby. Not crazy about the chain on the belt, but I’m digging the overall aesthetic for a daytime function.

MUCH better than the pepto-bismol romper — even her makeup has improved!

  • leftcoastpickle

Some classic scroll down fug. Love the top, the bottom looks like pyjama pants. Everything above the hipbones looks great to me, but blargh, those ugly pant legs!

  • HomeOfficeGirl

Super cute!!  She is totally making this work.

  • folu0330

I’m surprised at how much I like this. Jumpsuits can be really hard to pull off but its working for her.

  • Qitkat

I like this on her, very flattering colors, yet I’m bothered that it looks too voluminous. She really is very slender. /jealous/

  • Clueless_Jock

    It’s not very sexy.

  • Stubenville

    What a snooze. 1972 J C Penny catalog.

  • Janet B

I don’t care for the fullness of the pants, but her body is probably perfect for Rachel Zoe’s clothes.

When I saw the title I though “ooh, no.”  But actually, I think she’s looking quite chic and breezy.  Good job all ’round.

  • Jackie4g

Looks chic and very comfy. No complaints except it looks like she put rollers in her hair and took them out before the hair dried.

Don’t really like jumpsuits, but I think JJ is making it work. Love the shades and earrings. A great improvement over her pink disaster a few days ago.

  • EditKitten

It’s pretty fabulous, which is shocking. She looks confidently comfortable and very LA — the sunglasses and earrings are perfect.

    • PinkLemon

agreed!! why does everyone hate this?

  • EEKstl

I like the pants; the top is just too Junior Miss Secretary.

I figured Rachel Zoe could be a good fit for JJ.  I thought “this could go really good or really bad”. It did both.  It is really good from the waist up, really bad from the waist down.

She looks better seated, because the belt is actually at her real waist, instead of floating around beneath it.

The print is pretty, and I like the colors, but it’s not the best I’ve ever seen her.

    • kimmeister

Exactly, the belt is slung way too low when she’s standing.

  • http://twitter.com/Kathy_Marlow aka Darth Mommy

I know that’s Rachel Zoe’s “look”, but I think I would have liked the pants better if they were a bit more tailored and not so loosey goosey

  • http://twitter.com/janedonuts Jane Donuts

Oh my god no. This is horrible.

  • minglumama

She is one step away from a “Mall Walker”. This just not flattering.

  • Coco Cornejo

Looking at the photo on my phone it looked like the ever-dreaded sweatsuit. Ugh!

  • decormaven

Guess this will do for a West Coast outdoor affair. I think a jacket, as shown in the designer’s photo, would help to elevate the look.  Maybe a different earring? The set she is wearing references nothing in the outfit, at least in my eyes.

  • MoHub

Is the model on stilts? Her legs look unnaturally long even for a model-tall gal.

    • YoungSally

My thoughts exactly…..even Barbie isn’t that out of proportion.  Some of it may be the camera angle and the stairs (not sure how)….but super freaky!!

  • http://www.ellenciompi.com/ NurseEllen

Hate the belt with the watch fob on it.  Love the earrings!  Wish the pants were not so billowy and PJ-ish.  Cute print.  I’d give her a 7.5/10

  • Scarlet39

Like it on the model, but not on JJ.  The styling brings the look way down.

  • Lisa Kramp

Eh. Has she been ordered to smile now for paparazzi by her agent?

  • melanie0866

This is what you wear when you’ve grown too fat for regular pants and you start ordering from Coldwater Creek.  Not when you’re January Jones and can fit into anything you want.

    • leftcoastpickle

      I have been there….

  • B_C_J

The top portion of this outfit is fine albeit not particularly chic.  From the waist down there is enough fabric to make a duvet, shams and matching curtains.  There is so much fabric that it has absolutely obscured her figure.

  • granddelusion

    ick.

  • Allison Woods

     NO.

  • http://www.facebook.com/andreawey Andrea Weymouth

very cute and comfy looking! and why do you have pockets if you can’t put your hands in them……

  • Samantha Irene

Better than the last attempt with pants/shorts in all one fabric!

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_F73LIJ3SJGI5AJQMXMWXCKILHI Pamela

    I think NOT.

  • maggiemaybe

I gotta say, this is kind of working for me. The 70′s vibe is sort of reminding me of my mom for some weird reason, but I like it.

  • Trisha26

The circus is in town again.

  • http://remedialstitcher.blogspot.com/ Sara Leigh Merrey

Fugly. Boring. I don’t like anything about the jumpsuit.

  • guest2visits

The color is really nice on her, but I don’t think the jumpsuit itself is that attractive, especially the black trim.. well any of it.

  • Zippypie

    Eeeeeeeeek!

  • fwooper

    she looks fab.

  • lucasuk82

I’ll say something nice – she’s settled on a beautiful color for her hair.  Everything else is a big old “eh”

  • Valerie Jones

As Rachel says, “You can never be too thin or too thin.”

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_RHLSUVX3NCPB4OSS5BM7GZIXUE P. Capet

    I don’t get it.

  • Matt

New slogan: You don’t wear Rachel Zoe, Rachel Zoe wears you.

  • ccm800

This one never does a thing for me. Overrated in every way IMO

  • plinkiedoodle

    Poopy!

  • pretty_in_pink2612

Awkward when you’re the first one to show at a party. Pretend you’re busy on your phone love.
