Miss Rashida’s personal style, which can best be described as “Frumpy secretary crossed with Margot Kidder’s Lois Lane,” does not appeal to us, for the most part. So we should, if we were being perfectly fair, be singing her praises for wearing something like this:
Rashida Jones attends the 2012 Montblanc de la Culture Arts Patronage Award Ceremony honoring Quincy Jones at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, California in a Peter Pilotto dress paired with Valentino shoes.

But whoever said we were fair?
We love the dress on her and applaud her for going such a bold route. But the shoes are really bothering us. We don’t mind that they’re matchy-pink because with such a wild print, introducing a new color would be a mistake, so picking out the least prominent color in the dress was the right way to go. It’s just that they’re so … on point, y’know? With the white trim and the little studs? In this case, it’s not so much the color that’s too matchy to the dress, but the style. Add a clutch that seems to have nothing to do with the rest of the look and some incredibly limp hair (and it looked so cute the other day) and it’s half working and half NOT working for us.
IN! Works for me!
OUT! My eyes!
The Minions with Opinions pretty much hated Rose McGowan’s crazy gown, voting it OUT.
