We’re going in a different direction for your Mid-day Meat post; a more refined direction. Delicate. Sensitive.
Cillian Murphy featured in the May 2012 issue of Clash Magazine photographed by Christian Oita and styled by Matthew Josephs.
We’ve never encountered him in a role where he hasn’t completely captured our attention. And that boy has a FACE on him. So much so that they barely bothered with the clothes. They should put his face in the credits:
“Cillian is wearing a shirt by Tom Ford, pants from Armani, a Burberry Prorsum jacket* and a face supplied by nature (presumably).”
And unlike a lot of attractive men (but exactly like a lot of attractive women) he knows just how to work that face to its best effect. You really can’t take your eyes off it.
See? We don’t just go for the jut-jawed caveman types! There’s room for plenty of types to sigh over. We are large, we contain multitudes.
*Totally made up clothing credits, before anyone asks.
