Katy Perry in Paris

Posted on March 05, 2012

Katy’s been making the post-divorce rounds during Paris Fashion Week, offering up an array of highly photogenic outfits designed to keep her in the public eye.

Attagirl.

Let’s take a look, shall we?

Katy Perry arrives at the Viktor & Rolf Fall 2012 show.

Viktor & Rolf Spring 2012 Collection

Christian Louboutin ‘Pilule’ bag

On the one hand, we can’t help thinking “We can’t wait until her Blue Period is over.” Smurfette really did a number on her, didn’t she? But we can’t really complain when she looks like this. Yes, she looks like Strawberry Shortcake’s friend Blueberry Scone, but who else could make this work as well as she does? She’s a walking cartoon character and she knows it.

We adore the purse and the coat. Kinda wish she hadn’t worn the dress with it, duplicating the runway look.

Katy Perry arrives at La Maison du Caviar restaurant.

Balmain Resort 2012 Collection

J. Molinari Diamond and Ruby Syringe Ring

Salvatore Ferragamo Stingray Minaudiere Bag

Ah, yes. The “I’m single, in case you forgot for a moment” dress. This is not a dress for the faint-of-heart gal and when you go for it, you best GO FOR IT.

She went for it.

Digging the Marilyn-esque hair she’s working here. We appreciate the shoes, which are sexy, but relatively simple so they don’t fight with the dress. Same goes for the bag. That’s smart accessorizing. But we don’t know what to make of that ring in light of the big pill purse she just sported.

Kate Perry arrives at her hotel.

Vera Wang Spring 2012 Collection

Jimmy Choo Rosalie Stamped Leather Bag

Christian Louboutin Summerissima Crisscross Platform Sandal

Well, we’ll say this: that bag was an inspired choice, from a color perspective. It offers the perfect counterpoint to the cool greens and blues of the rest of the look. Nice to see she re-used the shoes. They worked better with the Balmain but they’re fine here.

We don’t actually mind visible granny panties on someone like Katy Perry, but this doesn’t look all that great to us. That adjustable skirt looks like the bag you put your delicates in when you wash them. Which is kind of funny considering her delicates are on full display.

That first look is awesome, in a demented “lady who lunches” kind of way. Not feeling any of the others, though.

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_EDI2DLE7DE3YPW2ONIHBWOVHMA ecallaw

I don’t mind her style, but I wish she would go back to wigs.  I think the blue hair looked fine when she didn’t show roots all the time.

      • poggi

Yes, this dramatic color change seems to hard for even celebrities to keep up.

        • http://profiles.google.com/ameliaheartsu Amelia Logan

I’m amazed that gaga can pull it off. unless she is always wearing a wig she would have to have her hair bleached every 2 – 3 weeks, i recently went blonde and it is not a painless process (i was crying at my second appointment and my scalp blistered) and her hair is so dark i don’t doubt she would need to double process every time.

          • poggi

I am sorry. I had no idea it was so time-consuming or painful. I just use a boxed-hair color to cover some gray and that takes more time than I have. I have had a box sitting in my bathroom for 2 weeks now and I need to just find half and hour and do it.

I bet your hair looks fabulous.

          • sweetestsith

I’m pretty sure she mentioned at some point that her hair was falling out due to over processing, and she seems to be constantly wearing wigs/hair pieces now. I believe her natural hair is chin length or so, though I could be wrong.

    • BeeBeauNYC

Yeah, the last look isn’t great, but she is fucking amazing with the other looks – she totally killed them – she just needs to lose the blue hair!!!

      • http://twitter.com/TheRedZavodnik Ginger

        ^^^What he said.

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_2CNDPMVO4W23R5TVC2QMTJ5BZE Heather

The pill and the syringe are sending a strange message…
But I’m glad to see she wore the same shoes twice. Celebrities and their Louboutins – they’re just like us!!

      • Qitkat

I missed the syringe ring the first time. One of the oddest things I’ve ever seen.

      • EmilyMullasWilson

I think the pills and syringe are sending the same message as the expression on her face: she looks extremely sad to me, even in pain.  I feel for her.  Divorce is never easy; divorce in the spotlight must be brutal.

      • miwome

What freaks me out about it even more is that her ex-husband is an ex-junkie. If this is meant to be some sort of a “fuck you,” it’s a pretty fucked-up one.

    • http://www.facebook.com/martha.dollery Martha Dollery

I can’t forgive the roots, her hair just looks so bad. It just looks sloppy and ruins the rest of her look.

I love the pill bag though.

      • Warmheartedgirl Seattle

It looks dirty to me.  Unwashed hair is NOT an attractive look on anyone.

    • Qitkat

      Blue Period. You guys <3

I want the Balmain. Of course I would have to wear it with a camisole and leggings. But still. It's gorgeous.

      The Pill bag is hysterical.

Nuff said on the grannie panties.

    • Jecca2244

The hair just doesn’t look good. which is sad because she is beautiful.

    • out for a walk

if I had boatloads of cash I’d buy that ring for Sharon Needles

    • mamafitz

i LOVE that first look and i love her blue hair. love the colors on the last look, but just no on the sheer skirt/granny panties.

    • dress_up_doll

I heard she was positively mobbed by her fans from France. Good for her. She looks pretty amazing in these shots. With the exception of the first image, her hair isn’t bothering me as much as it has over the past few weeks. Love the Marilyn curls.

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_3AJ237ND3GAHDQJZ4TLCO4WLRA Emily

Digging the first two looks, but not the last – it just didn’t come together right for me.

    • http://twitter.com/The_Bugler Anna Daugherty

The second look is pretty fab.

    • Melanie Cozad

I’m loving the shoes on the Viktor & Rolf runway model.

    • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746098172 Leigh Anne Statton

Va Va Voom, Katy Perry!  You go ON wit’cher bad self!  May I have your pill bag when you get back from Paris? You know you won’t be caught dead carrying it a second time…

    • egl48

      Beautiful.

    • Sue_Asponte

She looks so adorable and confident. Really having a well-put together week, looks like. Nitpicks here and there but smashing overall.

    • http://twitter.com/jaythenerdkid Aaminah Khan

I love the first two, not digging the last.

I don’t mind the blue hair, but I really miss the black. She had that perfect vintage pin-up gal look going, and I thought it really suited her.

    • http://twitter.com/myblackfriend myblackfriendsays

the blue hair really works for her.

    • Shoelover1512

      I love the coat! COVET!!!!

      • http://beautyforrealgirls.blogspot.com/ accidental housewife

I know! I like the dress too, but I am dying over that coat. It’s too cool for words even.

    • Mariah J

I like the first look and totally agree she should have gone for a different dress but still good. The other two are ICK and FUG

    • BazoDee

      2 out of 3 isn’t bad!

    • twocee

I covet that blue coat and the coral purse.  In fact, I might cut someone for that purse.

I think this is the best she’s looked in a while.  But I really don’t understand that “ring.”

    • Call me Bee

Katy arriving at her hotel is a photo op?  I fear greatly for our society.  (Remember, though, KP is #1 on my Celebrity Dislike List.)

    • SewingSiren

I would love be able to buy that syringe  ring for my older sister. She’s a nurse and she loves giving shots.

      • http://profiles.google.com/shannonlstewart Shannon Stewart

So she’s evil and sadistic?!?  (I have more than a small phobia regarding needles — blood gases aren’t fun, and they’ll leave psychiatric scars for life.)

    • lovelyivy

The last look was not meant for people with breasts. First look is just ok- better with a different dress. That Balmain is just to die!

    • Cathy S

Wow. The last dress or whatever the hell it is isn’t working for me at all, but that first coat is gorgeous and she looks fabulous in that second dress.

    • scarlet1815

Really, no one’s said a word thus far about the pill and syringe choices being rather pointed, considering Russell is a former addict and one of the rumored reasons for their split was that she preferred her drugged-up friends to his soberness?

      • http://beautyforrealgirls.blogspot.com/ accidental housewife

OK, that’s disturbing. I thought the ring was pretty hilarious, but if the rumor is true, I am not amused. And I had no idea Russell Brand is a recovering addict.

        • Corsetmaker

Yup, he’s very frank and open about it. Been clean for years now. I’d wonder if he’d slipped and it was a dig about that, but the UK press would be all over him like a rash if he had.

          • http://beautyforrealgirls.blogspot.com/ accidental housewife

Good for him for staying clean for so long. I know it’s a daily struggle, and it takes an enormous amount of will power. I imagine everyone here knows someone who’s gone through it.

And I agree re: the UK press. It wouldn’t stay a secret for long, and he’d be all over the tabloids.

      • Corsetmaker

I have a suspicion that might be behind it. The fact he filed so decisively makes me wonder if it was a self-preservation move on his part.

    • cmb92191

Call me crazy, but I like the pill purse and the ring!   I could never wear either out at work -I’d have too many people asking too many questions, but it is fantastic all the same.  Love the coat and dress as well as 2nd dress.  The third dress looks a little lingerie-ish.

    • miagain

I’m cold just looking at her…. brrrrr!!

    • Kate4queen

      She looks so sad. :(

      • oh_dear_oh_dear

MTE. The pill/syringe accessories combined with the sad expression make it hard to think about these just from a fashion perspective.

    • Whever

Hmm, I have to wonder if the pill bag and syringe ring are a subtle dig at her formerly(?) substance-abusing ex…

    • TieDye64

Really not digging that last look, but she looks pretty damn good in the others. I love the Marilyn hair on her.

    • mommyca

that’s so funny: right after seeing the syringe ring, I thought: “Kind of weird after the “pill” purse”….. but if she keeps it only in the accessories, I guess it’s fine….
btw, those Louboutin sandals are divine!

    • http://joyouslifesf.wordpress.com Kiltdntiltd

      Viktor and Rolf: LOVE it.
Balmain Resort:  So glad she ditched the belt it was styled with in the model shot, she looks hot enough to scorch a sunspot.
Vera Wang: I hate pretty much everything about this on her except the pale mint ice cream coloration. horrifying.

    • BrooklynBomber

I love the pill purse. Impractical, but fabulous.

Other than that, I don’t know. The clothes are great. But somehow I’m bored. Don’t know why it is, but pop stars as designer mannequins rubs me the wrong way.

    • MzzPants

I was along for the ride until the last one, which looks like real granny panties.  Pretty sure my mom has some of those.  On the other hand, she has, for a few months now, seemed to take her look to a couture level.  I can only applaud that.

    • http://cheekypinky.wordpress.com/ Rebecca

The styling of her hair in the last two photos just proves what I’ve always thought about wackadoo-colored hair:

It works when you style it correctly.

      (Granted, I may be biased, since I m’self possess pink-and-black hair…)

I just love how her blue hair looks when it’s all softly curled–so pretty!

    • http://profiles.google.com/shannonlstewart Shannon Stewart

I’m very curious about the drug accessories, in light of the fact she just divorced a recovering addict.  There has got to be some serious Freud symbolism happening there.

    • siriuslover

I love the first two, hate the third.

    • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1248212910 Jessie Melcher Brown

Like the first two looks, thought adding black tights was a good idea.  Didn’t like the third dress, even on the model it was dumb.

The blue hair, oh well she will get tired of it in time…

      • Lisa

Exactly.  She’ll lose the blue hair in a bit – changing it up is like breathing for her.

    • MilaXX

I wish she had left the coat off on the first look  because i think the blue in the coat is fighting the hair color. I love the second look because unlike JLo, Katy is actually the right age to wear a gyno dress. Her hair looks fab here. Third dress is kinda  “meh” I’m not 100% sold on the contrasting bag and I really don’t like the adjustable skirt hitched to knee length. It works better long.

    • sleah_in_norcal

the problem with the granny panties is they look like real granny panties that she could have bought at woolworth’s.  the pill purse is hilarious, reminds me of a halloween costume i saw at a party, girl came dressed as a quaalude.  she ended up passed out on the couch.

    • Pants_are_a_must

I love the Viktor & Rolf coat, as well as the pill bag, among other accessories/clothes. I just wish all of them weren’t on her.

    • Warmheartedgirl Seattle

LOVE the coat in the first look, and the Balmain is killer.  I don’t care for the third look at all.  Also, if one’s hair is blue, one ought to take care of her roots…  Still, she looks great.

    • formerlyAnon

I LOVE the first look, though I also thought “cartoon character.”  Like her hair in all three.

2nd look is o.k., though I wonder at all of that lovely work going into a dress that winds up saying just one thing: “Hi there, big boy . . .”    The syringe ring is in bad taste. Perhaps that’s just what *I* bring to it, though.

Like the color and top of the third look. And don’t dislike the cinched up short versions’s shape. Otherwise, not a fan. Don’t like that it’s sheer, don’t like how rumpled and tired it looks like it can get, and really, there’s an air of trying to put the merchandise on display – but *tastefully* – that irks.

    • gabbilevy

Those first two looks really knock it out of the park, and if that third skirt wasn’t see-through, we would have been treated to a spectacular Katy-does-business, instead of “here’s Katy’s business”. Oh well, Fashion keeps trying to convince us that granny panties are happening…

      • guest2visits

No kidding. They keep listing them as shorts. We know they’re granny panties.

    • http://tigergray.blogspot.com/ Tiger Gray

      I covet that coat.

    • http://twitter.com/k_wilson k_wilson

Hey TLo, you guys know that Strawberry Shortcake actually has a friend named Blueberry Muffin, right?  When I was two and my sister was four, my mother dressed us as them for Halloween.  Yep.

But I can’t wait until Katy goes back to her naturally raven hair which sets off her lovely fair skin so well.

      • amywinns

Bzzt! Naturally honey blonde. Several pics from her youth are easily found online. But that tells me that you thought her roots maintenance was better with the black. :)

        • http://twitter.com/k_wilson k_wilson

Wow, yeah, had no idea.  It’s funny, when she started going lighter most recently before she went blue, I thought it looked really fake.  Some people do have hair that naturally darkens with age (mine did), though not usually to as dark as she went.  I guess I just like the combination of the really dark hair, her complexion, and her eyes.

          • http://twitter.com/asciident Melissa Brogan

It’s like Dita von Teese. She’s naturally a dark blonde. But I think she looks so much better with her black hair.

    • cleep1000

I liked her with the blue hair at first, but it’s really bringing down these gorgeous outfits. Go back to brunette and being a total sex bomb, not a little girl.

    • Lisa

I LOVE the all-blue first look – yeah, evidently she’s in her blue period, but this really works for her.  The second look is great and very sexy, but I like the first one way better.

The third one – eh.  Not nuts about it.

    • http://twitter.com/jennsaysmeow Fifi LaRoux

I love the looks on her French security guards in the first photo! So good.

I really dig the first two looks. She looks put together and chic. The last one however leaves me feeling like she’s a crazy granny who left the house putting a vest on over her nighty.

    • CharCrop

Just googled the Molinari collection…it’s called ADDICTION! WOW! To each his own I suppose!
      http://jmolinarijewelry.com/site/?page_id=46

      • Call me Bee

Wow those are really bad taste for someone who had an addicted spouse (or a 14 year old girl…) but I’d wer some of those pieces just to shock and amuse my middle-aged friends.
There have been a few posters here who have insinuated that she wore these accessories as a dig to her ex.  Frankly, I’m not sure she’s bright enough to get the subtlety…

        • amywinns

Really? What makes you think she’s stupid? I think she’s frothy, but have never thought she was stupid or a puppet.

      • Pennymac

As a person in recovery, I’m not offended by the Molinari jewelry, but it does skeeve me out a bit. And I have to believe its a dig at her ex, IMHO.

        • formerlyAnon

I’m trying hard to remember that you never really know what went on between two (especially married) people. Trying really, really hard. For all I know, it’s a big joke & they’re both in on it, or at least it’s the kind of f–king with the public & the gossip rags that she knows he’d appreciate.

Because otherwise I’d be making all sorts of judgements about her character and maturity that would be unwarranted, given that I know *nothing.*

    • belfebe

Dress #1 = Awesome, minus the awful black hosiery.  Dress #2 = Knockout.  Dress #3 = Meh.

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_OSYAJATXUH3QX7ZDDF52GXG4PU Janie R

That ring is a hoot. Kind of bad taste, but a hoot anyway.

    • indigospade

I wish odd colors like blue could be actual natural hair colors.

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_HREPOWNBVUBRIVPQCF3ST2IKDM Euphory

She looks great in all of them.  But she looks so tired and unhappy.  Let’s hope she’s just having jet leg.

    • kimmeister

Love the V&R jacket, and she is KILLING the Balmain dress.  Hate the 3rd look though.

    • NasserShaheen

If I cover her hair it all looks good. But her hair! Wrong shade of blue for her, oddly dyed. Fix your hair, lady. It. Does. Not. Work.

    • https://profiles.google.com/104791269167429064986/ Judy S

Love this post. Love her first 2 looks and love laughing at your comments on the Vera Wang “dress.”

    • http://twitter.com/#!/Space_Kitty Space Kitty

      Girl is WERQING that Balmain.

    • nannypoo

So over her ridiculous blue hair.  The underpants thing is just tacky, but she looks great in the other two outfits. Except for, did I mention the ridiculous blue hair?

    • holdmewhileimnaked

oh lots of people made it work just as well as she does. lots of people made it work better. on much less money. it was just a long long time ago.

&, i forgot to add but must: most of the people are dead.

otoh, she’s been annoying me a lot less since i found out how nuts her parents are. which is very nuts. it cant have been easy growing up beneath that. so i have me a brief bit of sympathy.

while at this late & truly unfortunate date i think pill purses & needle rings are not a good idea for anyone to make–especially expensive ones cos anyone who is anyone less than the very top of the pile of anyones & who has done too much of both or either will no longer have the money to buy their effigies–anyway, while i wouldnt manufacture them i think, in her case, she may just be flaunting her post-divorce status to her program-enmired exspouse? an exspouse she should never have had maybe?

but i wouldnt wear the last look to a hotel. okay, i would have when i was one of the teensy tinsy number of people who wore the hair better. but that, in its time, wouldve been shocking. & that wouldve been its point. this just goes straight back to annoying.

    • greyhoundgirl

I also was going to comment on her Blue Period.  I actually kind of love it; the clothes are sharp. The second look–no.  The third–love it if the skirt was lined.  But the “I see Paris, I see France” look is not attractive.

    • http://www.facebook.com/people/Mary-Stone/100001328135240 Mary Stone

I will NEVER get behind visible granny-panties under sheer anything as a legit coture or high-fashion look, not on anyone, not worn anywhere.  To my half-century-old eyes they it looks like insanity or incipient Alzheimer’s.   Kudos to her for putting the best foot forward and a brave face on, but guurl, despite the flattering pastel color, and the bag that kinda/sorta echoes the soles of the Laboutins, that Vera Wang adjustable fishtail thingy is not your dress.  I don’t think it’s anyone’s dress, honestly.

      • http://beautyforrealgirls.blogspot.com/ accidental housewife

It’s not anyone’s dress. It sure as hell shouldn’t be anyone’s dress. Designers have been trying to make granny panties happen for two years now. I don’t get it, and I wish they would just stop already.

        • JDreesen

oh i don’t know; every time *i* arrive at my hotel in Vera Wang, i prefer the full-on granny-panty approach.

          (…no?)

          • http://beautyforrealgirls.blogspot.com/ accidental housewife

            Ha! Sure, why not.  ;-)

    • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=645442822 Sophia Vaccaro

love her, and love all of these. love the hair, and honestly, wouldn’t you all take her in these clothes over boring pop-princessy stuff any day?

    • http://twitter.com/sassybabydes Anne White

I wonder if she had to pay Jay Z and Beyonce to wear blue and dye her hair blue. That’s stepping dangerously close to Blue Ivy Carter territory. ;)

    • Stubenville

In the “arrives at her hotel” shot there is a real dissonance between the blue hair and the mumsey hairdo. All in all, pretty good styling for a walking cartoon.

    • rainwood1

I always mind visible granny panties.  If you’re going to show your undies, go for it and make them high cut.  The VGP just make it look like you chickened out partway through and pulled on a set of “drawers.”  They aren’t sexy and they aren’t flattering.

    • http://theadventuresofmissparadox.tumblr.com/ Miss Paradox

Hello, blue coat. I hope it’s not too forward of me since we just met, but…I WANT YOU.

    • Addicted2Glamour

While I’m no fan of her music, KP looks like a gal I’d love to take to a drag bar. She is Rocking the Hell out of these looks – the only misstep IMO is the black tights with the V&R dress, and that’s more a pet peeve than anything else.

    • Megan Patterson

Maybe the pill bag and needle ring are all hints as to why she’s getting a divorce.
I am totally digging how she’s doing her hair now, I can even kind of get behind the blue.

    • hillmad

I think she looks good, but unhappy in all her appearances since she and Russell broke up. And if it was because of his sobriety…how terribly ironic and sad.

    • http://asskickingadviser.com/ Ass Kicking Adviser

The first look is as chic as I have ever seen her. I want the coat.
The second dress is very pretty and I love the shoes but, um, did she actually sit down in that?
The third – typical Katy Perry – off the rails into crazy land.

    • JustJenn142

First two looks, fine, great. Last one, never have, never will be a fan of the granny panties but what really bothers me is the fit in the jacket. Horrible. It looks like she is trying to fit into a jacket that is 4 times too small for her breast.

I’m going to start calling her Picasso if this doesn’t end soon….

    • crash1212

Love the first two. Hate the last one with all my heart and soul.

    • NICHOLAS PASQUALE

Coat in the first look, entire second look. G’ON GET IT, SISTA!

    • aristida_girl

Love the Balmain…Hate with extreme passion visible granny panties, why won’t they go away? The syringe ring is so odd! I am trying to imagine digging in my purse-eating dinner-trying to navigate that dress in the bathroom-etc. with it on. Maybe she feels she needs a potential weapon on hand at all times  :)

    • butter nut

the smurfette look needs to die already.  it was tired last year.

the outfits, though, i’m kind of digging.  there’s no saying that she doesn’t look good in them (though i will never support granny panties as daywear).  also, she’s a newly divorced popstar at the peak of her career, tooling around paris – she can wear what she wants.

    • Daenyx

LOVE the first look.  The others are alright.

    • patticake1601

Love the pill bag. Doctor prescribed Fukitol…LOL

    • quiltrx

      LOVE the Viktor and Rolf!

    • http://twitter.com/delysia_lafosse Delysia LaFosse

I like the skirt on the Vera Wang much better on the runway, but these are all pretty great looks for her. She’s also – and I can’t believe I’m saying this – making the blue hair work. The deep side part and soft curls are a good look.

      Love it all…

I love the last light-turquoise outfit – her boobs look fantastic in that + the purse is awesome with it.

Love the blue coat, love the ring with the ott rubies rolling around in it- how ever decadent! Hate everything else (apart from maybe the bags). GD I can’t wait for her to get rid of that blue hair, her follicles are screaming for help!

I just can’t anymore with the blue hair.

Interesting set of outfits. I liked the Balmain Resort dress the best, but day-yum–that is short. (She appears to have been taking lessons from JLo.)

LOVE that blue coat. Really striking. Would have been even more striking if it hadn’t had to compete with the Blue Hair.

So one minute she’s dressing like deceased addict and ex’s friend Winehouse (or heavy drinker Taylor if you read it that way), now she’s sporting drug jewellery. Just what is she trying to say here. I can’t believe it’s that Russell has fallen off the wagon because the press would’ve pounced on, they’ll be watching for it (The Daily Mail HATES him with a passion).

She’s looking pretty good. But her hair colour is a little too green for the coat and it’s bugging me.

That blue Viktor and Rolf coat? I not only love it, I would MARRY it! Gazowie, but that is hellaciously gorgeous. Must. Have. (Must. Win. Lotto.)

The pill purse? The syringe ring? Uuuh, OK, in the ironic, post-modern world, I’m sure there is some message here, and yeah, it might well be aimed right at Russell Brand. Or Katy might be trying to be totally badass and all downtown edgy and stuff. Or . . . whatevah. Both pieces are pretty ugly.

      Love that Ferragamo clutch, though!

I like the blue hair on her.  The first two looks are hawt!  I would love and wear the first look except for the pill bag if I could afford it.

I dunno, it’s all kind of worrisome.  There’s like one thing too many in every case, and then the cry-for-help accessories, eek.  I love the hairstyle, it’s elegant, color and all.

O.K., and just to be a total nit-picky dork, Strawberry Shortcake’s BBF was Blueberry Muffin.  I know, I’m a dork.

Katy and Russell seem to be good friends and supporters of the designer, who was stated to be on her style team, as well as vacation with her.  Russell has worn pieces from the designer as well.   Being sober for as long as he has (not to mention the frank and humorous way he talks about his past), believe me you most likely are able to make light and see the wit in things like this.  The pieces are intelligent and well, witty- like a lot of great art.  You don’t create something like that if you haven’t had expierence with it in some form (sure, this isn’t a fact, don’t attack me). For someone in the early stages of recovery, someone really sensitive about drugs, I can see it being offensive… but I think this is great jewelry design.  Love the pill bag too– I adored Jeremy Scott’s pill photo printed bag as well, and my boyfriend, ex-herion addict, 10months sober found this is all clever, smart and interesting as well.

Sorry, got a bit wound up by some of the comments.

That kind of dress wearing by Katy Perry was a unique dress. she looks very beautiful upon wearing her very own blue strawberry  dress with bag. 100% beautiful and colorful dress.
