Felicity, we just want to say – go on, girl; you can keep posing while we talk at you – we just want to say…

We think this is a bit too daytime for an awards ceremony but we don’t even really mind all that much because the minty cool color is like crazy flattering on you and we can’t believe we’re about to say this but we totally dig your cream-colored T-straps, but really the piece-de-resistance is that hair, so you WERQ that Agent 99 shit, girl!

‘K, bye!

I love the color! It’s so seafoamy and compliments her coloring.

I wish more red carpet looks were adventurous with their color choices.

This color is SO GOOD on the superfair, superdark brunettes.

        • Anonymous

Yes, i see her and her fabulous hair.

As a superfair, superdark brunette I am totally going to to give this color a try.

          • Sobaika Mirza

If you don’t want to hunt for clothing in this color, try a nail polish called Absolutely Shore by Essie. It is this exact shade.

          • http://twitter.com/bredalot Bridget Smith

DO IT. I’m jealous. As a medium brunette who tends towards flushing, this color is not great on me. Well, certainly not THIS great.

          • Anonymous

Me too! Would never hair picked this out for myself before, but she looks so good in it, I’ll have to give it shot.

          • Anonymous

I’m also a superfair, super dark brunette and it’s never looked good on me, but maybe I’ll give it another try?

        • Diana Ye

Agreed! Mint green, cream, and light pink go so well together, and dark, chocolate brown makes a great neutral to set them off because it’s softer than black and warmer than gray and navy. Plus, this color scheme makes me think of baked goods, which is always a bonus.

    • Cathy S

Love that. The color is fantastic.

    • http://twitter.com/Nancer Nancer

I love it – but the dress looks like it doesn’t quite fit, yes? Still, very pretty all around. Good effort!

    • Adrienn Keszei

“like crazy flattering”… I see what you did there :)

Anyway, that colour is just fabulous on her.

    • Anonymous

I love the color (on her, never me), too, but it just doesn’t feel very Nov. 30. in New York. Especially w/bare arms, bare legs and pale shoes. Looks more like a lovely summer frock.

    • http://wineandwhiskeygirl.blogspot.com Amanda Semrick

I absolutely adore the color and the shoes.  She just looks sort of boxy.  Maybe it’s the angle?

    • http://www.facebook.com/raweiser Rachel Weiser

I’m not entirely sold on the dress. The material looks heavy and awkward, and it does not fit her very well.

I agree. I think this should’ve been an In or Out instead of a WERQ.

Very nice.  There appear to be some fit issues with the bodice, but all in all, it is a lovely dress and a great color on her.  And I adore those shoes!

I can’t believe you two like her shoes!

She looks very pretty, not red carpet worthy, but still a good look for her.

      • Anonymous

I love the shoes, but not with the straps turned backwards the way she’s wearing them.  Why??  Is the stylist having to justify his/her fee or something?  They’re much more chic and beautiful in the promo photo.

    • Anonymous

I’m having some issues with the way the bodice fits. I like the color though.

    • Anonymous

I like the dress itself, but she looks underdressed and way too spring-y for an after-Thanksgiving event.

    • Anonymous

Oh wow. Love the dress, love the shoes… Love that she’s stepping outside the box, too.

    • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1264609232 Samantha Ritchie

      those shoes are fantastic!

    • Jessica Rowe

Dunno… isn’t it almost December?  I’m sorry but I’m a stickler for month-appropriate clothing.  Yeah.

You have a point.  The dress looks like linen and is part of a spring collection. Good catch!

    • Anonymous

I can’t believe I like the dress and the shoes!  But I do–especially the yummy salt-water-taffy color of the dress with her hair and coloring.  Good for her!

She looks fabulous from the neck up, I LOVE that mint color on her but isn’t the dress is tad not fitted right in the top part?  Seems saggy on the side.  It’s a beautiful dress and I am coveting it but it really does like it’s got fit issues on Felicity.  I love the shoes – but not with this dress.  Also….the hem could stand to be shorter….she looks a bit dumpy in this length.

I also think she looks a bit dumpy. It could be the angles of the photos, but the dress seems a touch too long on her.

That dress is really cute; every detail is perfect.

Yet again, the Brits produce a darling, well dressed, and perfectly put together young actress!  Rule Britannia!

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_K7VOQSAYZ7H2OBX6LOJNNIBSSE Amanda

Great hair, great dress, great shoes…WERQ indeed!

    • Anonymous

She’s so pretty and that colour suits her SO well – I’m going to give her a pass on that dress being two sizes too big for her. The hair and make-up are perfect though. I think I may have a new girl-crush.

    • MilaXX

cute, but I’m not loving the shoe with that dress.

    • Sara__B

The shoes would look better with less platform and the fit of the bodice is a little off, but she is definitely werqing this. Simple, chic, elegant, head-turning, and a gorgeous color. Well done!

    • Anonymous

Great hair and shoes. Institutional paint colored dress.

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_F73LIJ3SJGI5AJQMXMWXCKILHI Pamela

Confused now.  First of all, those shoes blow chunks-fug-ugly for sure!  And they’re putty-colored AND have an overly-complicated t-strap!  And why do some women get flogged for Agent 99 or flatironed hair/bangs and others get a pat on the back?  Your inconsistencies are showing, T-Lo!

      • Anonymous

Most women can’t pull off the Agent 99 hair. Felicity has the right face shape for heavy bangs. She looks great (and I normally hate heavy bangs).

    • Anonymous

Unfortunately this is reminding me of an outfit – oddly, including the cream colored heels – I had in the mid-to-late 90s and it brings back such bad memories I can’t give it a thumbs up.  Too personal for the comments?  Perhaps.  But thanks to the ladies who complimented how well that color goes with the fair-skinned brunettes (whew!) b/c that’s me.

    • http://twitter.com/lenabena_ Elena

Love it. I want a mint dress now.

    • Anonymous

Love the dress, love the shoes.  She looks great.

    • Anonymous

Those shoes need to be in my closet.

    • Anonymous

      Beautiful from top to bottom!

    • Anonymous

Meh – don’t love the dress (although I find the striped button placket or whatever you call it kind of fun), and those shoes have been on every other red carpet starlet lately.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the hair though.  I’m so jealous about her mod bangs.  I attempted that look only to find that my hair isn’t thick enough up front to make the look work.

    • Anonymous

      Really?

    • Anonymous

She looks great but I have to say, sleeveless mint shift doesn’t really say November in NYC.  I thought she was lunching in LA.

    • http://beautyforrealgirls.blogspot.com/ accidental housewife

I hate the color, but I have to admit it looks great on her. Love the shoes. I’m not crazy about their color, but I’ve seen worse on the red carpet lately – the shade that resembles a filing cabinet in a government building, for example, is much worse. This just looks more like an Easter shoe.

I’m actually coveting the dress. The cut of the top is fabulous. But the dress looks a bit too big for her. She’s so tiny, I can imagine she couldn’t find a size small enough.

She’s gorgeous. She’s almost werqing it. I’d give her a full-on WERQ if the dress fit.

    • Anonymous

Eh, it’s a bit like a hospital apron on the top. The color is lovely with her complexion and hair, though.

      Agent 99
      Love huh!

Minty fresh dresses such as this are so strolling at the beach to me, but it oughta be a mini-skirt. Verry cute strappy shoes though, and not quite that nasty nude color. The model’s black shoes are awful.

    • Lisa

Naaah… it’s too basic.  We come here for the fabulosity of it all.  That’s the kind of stuff I wear to work at my boring office job.

    • http://www.facebook.com/people/Jane-Morris/1076502799 Jane Morris

Wow, really? I think it hangs like a minty green bag on her.

    • Mary McClelland

I don’t think this is flattering. It’s so boxy on her and it seems too big and the length is all wrong. I think the color is STUNNING with her hair/eyes and she is so beautiful. And I love the shoulder/neckline part but everything else looks slumpy, sloppy, and just too baggy. I love the dress though. I LOVE the dress.

    • Anonymous

      Too big!

    • http://twitter.com/Bloodisea Barbora

      She just WERQ it! :)))

    • Anonymous

      gorgeous dress, gorgeous luscious color.

    • Anonymous

Who wears this in NYC in November? This is a summer frock at best for lunching at the beach not red carpet. Good color on her and great hair and shoes. Not a werq it though

    • http://twitter.com/RzYoung RzYoung

I want it all! The shoes are flipping gorgeous, want want want

    • http://vhanna26.typepad.com Vera

The dress is a pretty color, but doesn’t fit well. Nice shoes. Overall, an out of season look.

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_EDI2DLE7DE3YPW2ONIHBWOVHMA ecallaw

      Would KILL for those shoes.

    • R. L.

Too loose, like it doesn’t fit well.  Maybe that is the way the designer intended but I don’t care for it.

    • Anonymous

Really?  This got a WERQ?  IN NOVEMBER??!!  It’s a scoosh too large for her and way too daytime for the event.  great hair though.
